Every morning I do it after having remembering each and every small points that you have taught in the video. Madam, your demonstration is so cleared hence, there's no room for any doubt. I am from Dawoodi Bauhra community. I was hearing less in my ear I showed to general physician he advised that you have to see nose ear throat specialist but due to high fees I decided to do kapalbhati pranayama when I did 10 minutes in 1 day with full strength I started doing Kapalbhati and in just 5 days I felt the difference and now I can hear normally very well. thank you baba ramdev

Thanks for your beautiful explanation... I am using exactly the same technique you explained... Question is what's ideal time we should do Kapal Bhati? Example: daily for 5 mins, 10 mins, or more is also recommended? At a stretch or with intervals? I can do at a stretch for 5 to 15 minutes and between 400 to 1000 Kapal Bhati as well, I checked my oxygen level and heart beats remain very normal after this exercises... Please let me know if I am wrong!! Or any suggestions? Regards.

Hello Mam, Your technique is awesome. I have few questions. 1. Is it enough to do Bhastrika and Anulomvilom only on daily basis. 2. What is perfect timing for this. Can I do it between 7.30-8.30 am. 3. Can I do it in sunshine. If not can I sit in sunshine after doing these pranayam. Please help.
@@nivanshukumar5273 yoga station will certainly reply you. But as a doctor I want to help. Stomach operated is a vague term. You should elaborate, what was your problem for which you were operated. How long ago were you operated, and what is your current health status. Suppose you were operated for a curable disease, sufficient time for eg 6 months have passed and you are completely free from any symptoms, you can do it.

Thanks for your beautiful explanation... I am using exactly the same technique you explained... Question is what's ideal time we should do Kapal Bhati? Example: daily for 5 mins, 10 mins, or more is also recommended? At a stretch or with intervals? I can do at a stretch for 5 to 15 minutes and between 400 to 1000 Kapal Bhati as well, I checked my oxygen level and heart beats remain very normal after this exercises... Please let me know if I am wrong!! Or any suggestions? Regards.
It totally depends on your level in Yoga practice. if you are an advance practitioner then go for fast strokes.
but if you are a beginner then start from 5 min, 60 strokes per minute. take breaks whenever you feel like.

I have one query that I have problem of slip disc but I do not face any problem while doing kapalbhati. So would you recommend to do the slip disc person to do the same or whether they should avoid to do??
maybe you have a minor one. Try doing it slowly for 5 min, if there is no problem you can continue practise it.
Yes I do it only for 5 mins....
In last three years, 3 times disc been slipped...its not minor....
So please recommend can I do it or not??

1. Is it enough to do Bhastrika and Anulomvilom only on daily basis.
2. What is perfect timing for this. Can I do it between 7.30-8.30 am.
3. Can I do it in sunshine. If not can I sit in sunshine after doing these pranayam.

How long ago were you operated, and what is your current health status. Suppose you were operated for a curable disease, sufficient time for eg 6 months have passed and you are completely free from any symptoms, you can do it.
