Starting off with pendulums can be a great way to relax the shoulder and improve motion. These can be done with circles, front to back, and side to side.
Next, table slides are a more active motion and stretch, but the arm is supported to help reduce pain while doing the movement.
A chest stretch is a great way to improve posture. When the shoulders roll forward from tight pec muscles, it can cause pain and impingement of the shoulder.
Finally, active assisted stretches with a stick are great for getting some more active movement, but still having some support against gravity to push motion without as much pain.

How do you keep your right arm from the ball joint down to the finer tips from going numb or locking and twitching and losing the arm for a few mins use? I work in a warehouse, and I'm always in a trailer moving boxes.

It really depends on what is causing all that and what your diagnosis is. Unfortunately, I don't know that answer since I can't evaluate you. Everyone is different. If there is any way you can see a physical therapist in person, they should be able to help you figure out a specific program for you and help answer your questions.

If I may suggest, check out diagrams and info on ulnar nerve, shoulder impingement, carpal tunnel exercises/process of development, etc. Even if you’re not experiencing exactly one of these, it can help to better understand the anatomy and have a list of symptoms paired with potential causes to bring to your primary doctor. Physical therapists can really help, if you have one who listens to your story and pain in the consultation. Best wishes!! Hope you recover! (Also, anti inflammatory diet may help, as well as acupuncture, and maybe even a tens unit depending on what’s going on. Good luck!)
