Another regular task for gas furnaces is scrubbing the carbon off the ignitor and flame sensor. And goddamn those jeans! 😍

I sorry that's all I could say, I've never used a furnace. In fact here right outside Waikiki I still have my windows open and fan on.

Good job! Boy the door vents were filthy too.... 14 years is a lot of dust! When I do rehabs and the furnace is on....I change them like 2 times per month.

Lol!!! Lol!!! Lol!!! How hold is this house and how old is the Hvac system? Hy home was built in 1969 when I moved in in 2016 it still had it's original Hvac system Air and Furnace. my furnace was similar to the one in the video.. In 2019 I had to replace my 50yrs old furnace and central air, as the central air quit working. The home owners of the home in your video probably need to have a new Furnace and central air Hvac system installed. I had to run my original Central air at 70 to 72 degrees to get my home to cool to 78 degrees so I could only lightly sweat in summer

I think it’s safe to say that 1-3 months is overkill if they went 14 years without ever changing them. Of course they should not have done that. But...
Maybe once a year is a good idea at least.
