@NassrinsDIY I do flips north of Albuquerque but foreclosures are becoming scarce. How is it in your area?
Very nice design choices on the finished house. We've seen a lot of the parts of this already as I recognize the drywall hopper, it's the same one I have, they work well. Congrats on finishing up!

Nice job 👍👍. I just listed my place in North Idaho. Plan to re invest and do a little bit of the same thing myself. Have a portable sawmill, and plan to buy a mini excavator, so I'll be able to do quite a bit of development. BTW, I thought I'd mention a singer that you might appreciate; "Ribale Wehbé". Possibly in the next year I will embark on the project of acquiring a house 🤔, prefabricated houses are currently becoming a thing fashionable, very similar to this one. However, in my country the custom is to make them of brick and cement. How does wood behave as an insulator? Does it require a lot of maintenance to avoid breaking down? 👀

Beautiful done you have so many skills. Did you have to do anything on the roof? I take it no basement ....I live in the Midwest and most of the homes here have them. Doesn't look like sod, but was it just grass seed.
