- Quick Pyro montage with some Team Fortress 2 (TF2) clips gathered over the past couple of days! Let me know what you think of this Pyro frag video with lots of flare kills, axtinguisher combos, and cool reflects! Currently working on Part 2 of the 'Offensive Pyro' guide which will be my next video, just slightly delayed because of university, welcome week, etc.

I love the soldiers at 0:36 who are just like “maybe if I shoot enough rockets it will work!”
Nothing feels better than just absolutely denying a soldier like that as pyro, though I won’t pretend like I haven’t fallen into this trap while playing soldier more than a few times before
I lov the synchronization with the music while eveyone dies in less than 3 seconds

hey man just a quick comment, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE AIRBLAST GUIDE, seriously, before i watched it I barely can reflect a single rocket and panicked when I saw a soldier using the direct hit, but since I started practicing with pyro comp I get way better than I was before, now when I see a soldier, and he shoots me, I keep calm and wait to the rocket come close enough to reflect it, I still have to improve a lot but all that I can do with airblast right now is thanks to you, I hope you keep growing and updloading quality content because you deserve it man, thank you
glad you enjoyed the guide, it's an awesome feeling when you go from being scared of soldiers/demomen, to looking forward to their rockets and grenades since it's free damage and reflects :D
More guides coming in the future - Offensive Pyro guide Part 2, Pybro/Defensive Pyro guide, Flank Pyro guides, flare gun punching (critting enemy pyros with flares, general flare gun guide, etc), even stuff like Beginner/Intermediate Sniper guides! All coming in the future, just getting settled in at university and once I know my timetable, get used to my schedule, get quicker and better at editing, etc, I'll be making guides and videos regularly!

Yeah I’m way better than I was but I still have a habit of letting rockets get too close before air blasting so they hit me in the face.

I'm so happy the axtinguisher is usable again, axe kills are so much fun and when I played before it was still so heavily nerfed
It’s always been usable it’s just not overpowered anymore
@@sn0ipe333 for *years* it was unusable due to having a 70% deploy speed penalty.
@@shiv3rcubesolver664 give me a break it was 3 years. granted, 1.1 seconds was extremely long, but i considered full crits on burning players to be extremely powerful.
regardless of old dumb stats, current axtinguisher is perfect and has been viable since 2018.
@@sn0ipe333 but me point is it was completely useless for like 6 years. Back when I was playing before. And it was sad. Now I'm back and it's usable again and that's awesome.

The harmony of the music with the gameplay is very nice. Very good to kill the players below with the rockets of the Level 3 Sentry above I feel sorry for Gibus Sniper using Machina in Badwater.

Yeah I like these occasionally, in-between the ones with content, especially when they include Kirby music haha.
I'd like to say I've been maining Pyro because of you and it's been fun to feel myself getting good with the class. Since I decided to main it, I now somewhat consistently topscore on high skill community servers even though I still have a lot of room for improvement. I even got myself a festive Hana Degreaser because of you.
As a pyro main, this is a beautiful sight to see. Keep up the good work!

Nice sketcheck inspiration. With how rarely the legend uploads, smaller youtubers gilling in the time isnt a bad idea. And these clips were cool and the rhyming stuff was noticed

How the kills are matched with the music is just as impressive as the kills themselves.
I would love to see more montages! In my opinion it doesn't really matter which weapon specific clips to see, cause it is a nice mix of all and keeps the video fresh. Everytime I something like a flare gun only vid, I want to improve only with the flare gun. With everything in it I want to play Pyro in the firstplace. I know when you have to get footage for something and there are always some clips that doesn't make the final cut. I wouldn't have something to complain, because I also know you put effort and time in everything you do. Keep it up!

I’ve found observing a soldiers loadout helps a lot as pyro, if they have a conch, buff banner or battalions backup then they have no other option but to shoot rockets at you. If they don’t, then a smart soldier might whip out a shotgun and then you’re stuck trying to close the distance or running away doing chip damage with a flare gun or shotgun.

I started playing Soldier now and when I see a pyro I panic a lot cuz if he know how to reflect I only have a shotgun and he have shotgun and flamethrower
Sketchek jr also a good vid most ppl would like to see is how to aim with flares properly tbh since flares are pretty hard to direct hit
Going to make a flare gun/flare punching guide, right after part 2 of the Offensive Pyro guide, already got most of the clips I need, might chuck in a flare gun-focused gameplay video as well

Some people just have to learn the super hard way I guess.
frags could be much better, editing is almost on point but lacking in synchronization with music, game audio is weaker than music audio, etc.
mainly a test video with decent frags, just practising with audio sync/getting feedback/seeing if people like these styles of videos
would you do fully levelled game/music audio, or low game/high music? most tf2 youtubers I watch tend to do very low game sounds

with something like normal music (rap, rock, etc.) is when game audio should be lower than music audio

Detonator is really good, think most Pyros play with shotgun/flare gun though

I used Lawena to remove hud, increase graphics, get good recordings etc

But really, how do you record the game without the HUD being a thing?
I use a tool called Lawena, and you can turn the hud on/off, viewmodel fov, high quality graphics, etc
