@jbreezy101 omelets are tricky. I found my problem is putting too much stuff into them, and scattering the ingredients all over the pan. I don't have a flat top. Yet. So, I'll saute the ingredients in a separate pan then add them to the middle of the egg and then flip GENTLY.
What restaurant is this. If I'm ever in CA I wanna come visit. You make food look great and take pride in what you do. Keep up the great work.💪🏽💪🏽

I'm wondering if you could do these few things to reduce my anxiety as I enjoy your video's. I'm glad cooking is your passion, it's mine as well!
1. Please add cinnamon and vanilla to your beaten eggs for French Toast. Butter on before send out.
2. Please don't overtime fry your hash browns... too crispy! Not enjoyable, dehydrated!
3. Actually add a few more veggies to your veggie omelette.
4. Trade oil for real butter under eggs before cooking.
Clean grill and spatula's a lot more!
