I worked in a fast paced job before and it’s not the worst environment but it is physically exhausting. It’s only a mental drain when you have a nagging worker who think they’re the manager. As long as you’re doing your work. Physical strain is the only thing you need to worry about. But that’s every job.
i wish i could watch more of your content but the head mounted camera drives me nuts/dizzy after a couple of minutes. maybe add a tripod with a camera action too. for still recording too. just my opinion
