I watch these videos intently and notice things that are important for me in supporting any business. I love onions, jalapeños, and fries! So, I notice with great enthusiasm at the amount of onions he graciously puts on the sandwiches, and also he does not count the jalapeños, he just scoops a healthy portion! And the fries.....good grief don't get me started! The fries you get in that container that he has to force closed like an overstuffed suitcase is insane! I am so glad I stumbled on this youtube channel! Sooo very glad!!! 👍👍😉😃

PS......I don't mean to be overbearing in this comment thread.....but umm, I spent 17 years working in a paper bag factory.....and, I have noticed that he doesn't even skimp on the quality of paper bags he uses.....Duro Double Life! I could tell by the way the bag opened that it was a thicker paper and better quality bag. Again, just saying! It's the little things you notice that tell the story and matter most to some people. 👍😉😃

Putting mayo on a sausage or hot dog is sacrilegious. Mustard and maybe a lil ketchup sometimes.

On occasion I catch a few critical comments that I could not disagree with more! But, I am not going to reply in his defense because he has a successful business and seems well able to reply wisely to any criticism he may get. Plus, I don't need the drama. This is the only food truck youtuber so far that I subscribe to.....because of the profound impression I have. I can be critical when I feel it's warranted.....but, I see nothing here to criticize. Do you prefer working with someone or you think you need help especially on the window? Im asking because it seem like you have everything under control and you don't waste your moves😅😂 like going up and down the truck touching this and that, without knowing what you looking for.

We prefer having a window person to give the customer faster service and allow the focus on specific zones in the trailer. We will have three people in the trailer as the season ramps up. With that said we have had many days of one person in the trailer.
That's great! So are we. It's a constant learning experience no matter how long someone has been doing it for.

Yes, adding relish to the Bacon Mac dog was always a weird one for me. Adding ketchup to a Cali Dog is another on the makes me cringe a little. We will run some really cool unique special dogs shortly that are Pretty Odd, stay tuned for some good hotdog ideas!!
Why did you not give the boss food. You would have been the first delivery from then on, and you would not have to feed the delivery guy any more because the first delivery would be too close to breakfast!

Why are you using the spatula's to get the food off after scraping it? You can scrape and tap the spatula's all you want but you're hurting the food that comes next and possibly the customer..why don't you use the tool you used to loosen the food with?
And stop steaming the buns. The dogs and sausages on a bun turn into sandwiches especially with all the addings.

You handled money and made a few hotdogs without washing your hand or putting on gloves. Not safe at all
He does this a lot and he grabs money then grabs gloves and puts them on . I've never seen him wash his hands. He also touches raw eggs with the spatulas, then touches cooked meat on the grill. Guy needs to be really careful!
