Been out of the food industry for about 7 years now. Find myself watching these for remembering the kitchen life. Thanks for doing these videos. You are a very quick and efficient cook! Just watch for X contamination in your process. Just a couple minutes into the video I noticed a case with touching the raw burgers and then going back to the cold table to assemble the chicken sandwich. Hard to always be perfect but you are on stage now! Keep up the videos!

Love the commentary because there are quite a few things that I never knew what they were. The corned beef hash, for example, I always was trying to figure that one out. Never seen it cooked like that though. I also like hearing about how many things you make in house that I thought were pre-made. That's always a nice touch!

Corned beef hash is just beef and potatoes and some beef fat and salt. Fry it on the griddle until it is crispy and try it! It's great! I make burritos with it, with eggs and cheese...it's good stuff!

Thats old school "boomer" hash. My mom would put it in a skillet of potatoes and onions. Back in the day a can of that would cost 5 cents and make a meal, then a side when times were better. That's a Canadian and American peasant recipe and holds that nostalgia for some people. LOL! Its also one of the original with enough ketchup...
