This brings back so many memories of my first job. Was in the kitchen of a local truck stop. We even had the same tile on the floor. I worked 11pm to 7am and made a lot of breakfast food and sandwiches. You run a clean and efficient kitchen. Any place would be lucky to have you on the grill.

i work in a factory now, but as a part time job while working construction i worked as a line cook mainly at night. I respect you and what you do. Its a stressful job especially when it gets busy...and i was only part time making sandwich's and salads. Thank you.

I don’t mind seeing the breakfast it’s relaxing and I feel like I know your menu ahah when you crack 3 eggs it’s an omelette also I love watching the pancakes batter being poured ahah it’s so satisfying to watch it spread out! these are great training videos and very reality based dealing with problems real time
tbh as a closer (cook, and front of house, Cross trained) you can learn a lot by doing a open/close respectively every once in a while. I remember my first open was to cover a cook who never showed up to unlock the doors I got woken up at 5am to WING my first open/breakfast.
