    Great workout even with weights! I’ve added it to my playlist for when I want something short & sweet! I did not feel like working out this morning, and my feet have been bugging me, but I did it barefoot and it worked great and now I have some energy in my tank! Yay!!!🎉

    Love 20 minutes of strength. It didn’t totally wear me out especially when I have a hectic day on my feet.

    TRX is on my holiday wish list. However, this is a keeper with or without the TRX. I used 25s and 15s. Thx PJ!

    Loved loved loved this one, I have a TRX but it's in the box. I have no where to install it in my new home. But the dumbbells were just as effective. 😊

    Hi PJ, l have heard that a good way to progressively overload it is a good idea to do the same workout 4/6 wks in a row n slowly increase ur weight over that time, this is my 3rd wk of doing this workout n l have gone up 2kg in my squats.....my question is when doing this n then moving on to the next workout shld u go back down in weight n then progress in that one? A little bit confused with the whole progressive overload 😬
