Great workout even with weights! I’ve added it to my playlist for when I want something short & sweet! I did not feel like working out this morning, and my feet have been bugging me, but I did it barefoot and it worked great and now I have some energy in my tank! Yay!!!🎉

Hi PJ, l have heard that a good way to progressively overload it is a good idea to do the same workout 4/6 wks in a row n slowly increase ur weight over that time, this is my 3rd wk of doing this workout n l have gone up 2kg in my squats.....my question is when doing this n then moving on to the next workout shld u go back down in weight n then progress in that one? A little bit confused with the whole progressive overload 😬
