This went by quickly! 😊 I had a bit of coordination issues at first with the squat-knee up-side lunge combo 😅, so had to concentrate to nail it 😊 I increased the intensity for the long jumps by doing actual jumps (I found that helped with my coordination too!) ❤
This was just perfect to add on after my 30 minute full-body strength workout this morning! 👍I loved the low impact moves, super fun and got my heart rate up! 🔥I did mostly the intermediate reps, but did some advanced too! Thank you for helping me get my day started right, PJ! 😊

Thanks for the fun quick sweat! I think the squat, knee up, side lunge was my favorite move (I like the long johns too- LOL). Mushi and Kitaro joined me and added a bit of kitten agility challenge as well (I'm happy to say no kittens were stepped on during this workout) ;)
Nice quick workout! Question: for the Long Jumps (Johns!), if we can actually jump, rather than just lifting the heels, is it more of a workout? I need some challenges!
