Day 2 , check. Loved it PJ and Tia. I liked that you gave info for osteoporosis. It will help for following future workouts. Did it barefoot and wearing a backpack with weights. Fighting the osteo all the way thanks to you. I feel so great and energized.❤

Me- spicy disaster 😂 we too do minimal for the holidays! Small tree just for a place to put presents. One time we even skipped that and volunteered at a homeless shelter to serve Christmas dinner ❤
Great workout, basic moves but deceptively challenging. Tia’s iso-hold squat was amazing! 🤩 My Fitbit says 175 was my max bpm. Accurate or not, I definitely got my heart rate 🆙 Oh, what fun! Thanks, PJ and Tia!❤💚

DAY 2 COMPLETE 💯 ✅ Nice little sweat 🥵 on 😂 exactly what was needed today after yesterday my legs are dead 😂 I thought I was doing well with the last round squat and the dumbbell till I seen Tia in a yoga squat 😮😅😅😅😅😅 omg 😅 so I done it 😅 let's just say I need A LOT of practice 😅😅😅😅😅 Thank you ladies see you tomorrow Steph 🇮🇪
I wasn’t doing the full hop because I was showing the low impact version of the exercise. And no, it would not have the same impact on the bone as a hop would. However, some ppl don’t like to jump, so the non-hop version will help with balance and work the muscles around the knees.
