    Excited to do my first set of days, in order to celebrate the holidays. Somehow these cardio routines have a sneaky amount of strength, which makes this even more fun. Thanks for a lovely day 2 early morning workout. ❤

    Awesome sweaty workout for a quick start of the day. I am challenging myself to do at least a mile under 15 minutes each day after the workouts during this challenge, we will see how I do, lol. Thank you PJ and Tia for keeping us motivated❤

    Day 2 , check. Loved it PJ and Tia. I liked that you gave info for osteoporosis. It will help for following future workouts. Did it barefoot and wearing a backpack with weights. Fighting the osteo all the way thanks to you. I feel so great and energized.❤

    Day 2. AMRAP is not my fav, but you program them well and they always go by quicker than expected.

    Me- spicy disaster 😂 we too do minimal for the holidays! Small tree just for a place to put presents. One time we even skipped that and volunteered at a homeless shelter to serve Christmas dinner ❤

    Great workout, basic moves but deceptively challenging. Tia’s iso-hold squat was amazing! 🤩 My Fitbit says 175 was my max bpm. Accurate or not, I definitely got my heart rate 🆙 Oh, what fun! Thanks, PJ and Tia!❤💚

    I thought I was doing well with the last round squat and the dumbbell till I seen Tia in a yoga squat 😮😅😅😅😅😅 omg 😅 so I done it 😅 let's just say I need A LOT of practice 😅😅😅😅😅

    PJ I notice you aren’t doing a full hop. I question whether this move is still effective to boost bone growth for osteoporosis? Thanks Diana

      I wasn’t doing the full hop because I was showing the low impact version of the exercise. And no, it would not have the same impact on the bone as a hop would. However, some ppl don’t like to jump, so the non-hop version will help with balance and work the muscles around the knees.
