I had the angel 👼 vs devil 👿 tug of war today. The devil promised me that if I skipped my workout (and who needs to workout anyway? says the Evil one👿), I’d get to the other things I wanted to do today sooner. The angel pointed out that the workout was short, strength, and total body, and that if I did it now, I would feel soooo good about myself 💕 later while I was doing the other stuff on my Get It Done list. 👼 Angel won. 🏆 I love every bit of this total body strength workout. This was a great quick strength workout! Loved it. Also, as I got my yoga mat out at the beginning of the workout there was a very large alive spider on it! So I had a good laugh when you saw a large dead spider near yours 😂
