I LOVE this workout, Very challenging, but very doable. I even pushed myself on the second and third rounds to use 10 lbs, 12lbs, and event 15 lbs on the goblet squat. Keep 'em coming!!!

I have been alternating between the best dumbbell workout and the build muscle over 50. This was more challenging for me and had the best of both. I love the stretches on this too. 10/10! Thank you for all you do. You are the most encouraging person I have found!

Started the weights seriously late August and really noticing the difference, I love the cardio also and was doing that everyday now I do them both! Hi Shellea, I am addicted to this video. I love that it is a total body workout and I do this after my 5 mile walk on the beach a couple of times a week. I try to walk 5 miles a day and I would like to know what core workouts are best? I recently found out I have arthritis in my hips and I have to strengthen my core! Any help from you or any ladies out there with information or recommendations are so welcome. I just turned 65 this year and Father Time let me know he arrived! Just finished this wonderful workout, I only have two x 2kg dumbbells so held them both when you switched to one dumbbell. I joined gym and quit several times. I loose hope that I can't be fit. In gym, trainers prefer and teach you when you will opt personal training from them. In background they will alure you with protein boxes and capsule (extremely costly) but this video is very helpful for me. I'm practicing daily and in one week I lost 1 kg weight. My fitness journey is on. I will share my progress in comment. Fitness is blessings ❤❤❤😊
Great, tku. I use yours as an addition to another trainer I strength train with....I like that most of yours, so far, are done off my wrists, (I have issues there) whereas she does a ton of wrist, plank, pushup things (too many, for me), that I always have to try to adjust to, and can't always. Tku, this was challenging and good.

This is a terrific dumbbell workout! YAY! I use 5, 10, 15, and a 35-lb kettle ball for the goblet squat. It's been 2 weeks, and I can see the difference already! Thank you so much Schellea!
I have been working out with you for just over a year and this is perfect as am now in good shape and ready for this challenge. I will be doing this 3 times a week in addition to other workouts during the other days and am confident that it will work. This workout is challenging if one wants to use heavier weights and less if one wants lighter on days when not feeling so strong. I love how you target your audience as there are so many out there but I find fail as they go either too easy or too hard. I have tried some and always come back. Thank you so much. I was looking for the perfect strength training workout for me to restart my fitness journey after cataract surgery. It is a perfect workout. I chose lighter weights so I didn’t increase my eye pressure. Now I can work my way up to a stronger and fitter body. Thank you for the time and attention you give to those of us who follow you.

Loved this workout.. im slowly transitioning into getting back into lyfting weights again and i did this workout but with out weights because i want to give my body a chance to get comfortable with weights again. Next week i will try this workout again but with very low weights such as 2lbs or 5lbs. Dont want to push my body too fast. Thank you for this workout!!🎉

Thanks for the new weighted workout. I did the first round with 3kgs then moved up to 4kgs for the last 2 rounds. Definitely had a sweat on by the end of the workout and could feel my legs and ab's working hard and quivering. It would be important to start with really low weights especially on the above shoulder exercises for those that haven't been working out on a regular basis with weights. Will be adding this workout to my strength training play list.
I loved this new workout with weights, my thighs were burning the next day the first time I did it ! I really enjoy the stretching at the end if it could go on longer it would be even better . A little bit more time spent on each stretch is really beneficial when you get past 50 ! 😊 Thank you

This is great, completed after a walking workout. Like the 3 rounds which gives you a chance to increase/decrease weight and the fact in less than 30 minutes jve accomplished a full body strength workout❤
Really enjoyed the workout. The 30 minutes flew by. The hardest part for me were the cool down exercises, esp the ones on the floor. Didn't have any problem with the weights but am not very bendy so can't get into some of those positions but am loving the workouts x

This is great, completed after a walking workout. Like the 3 rounds which gives you a chance to increase/decrease weight and the fact in less than 30 minutes jve accomplished a full body strength workout❤

Really enjoyed the workout. The 30 minutes flew by. The hardest part for me were the cool down exercises, esp the ones on the floor. Didn't have any problem with the weights but am not very bendy so can't get into some of those positions but am loving the workouts x
