It's a shame that walleye wasn't interested in your lure. I threw a jig around earlier in the month to see if I could catch any perch or little walleye. Ended up catching one little perch, two little crappie, and a decent little largemouth.
Yeah….I haven’t had a chance yet to give it my best effort. Weather and time haven’t quite lined up to spend the time I want targeting the walleye. I hope this weekend will work out before our ice melts. 40s and 50s in the forecast now. Crazy winter. Glad you got a little action. It’s a start!
Crazy how fast the ice came and pretty nervous that it’s going to go just as fast.
