Thank you for the step by step video. I have been wanting to use my cooker but have been afraid of it lol. Well today I decided was the day to make veggie beef soup in it and your video was very helpful. Thank you again and have a wonderful day!
You're a lovely lady cooking a delicious looking soup. I'm going to try this with some leftover pork tenderloin that I s=also cooked in my instant pot. Thank you for the great recipe.
I made this last night and it was Delicious! I will be making it again tonight for a much larger group. I couldn't find any slap yo mama seasoning, so I used Zatarain's Creole seasoning instead. Instead of adding water, I only used chicken broth. I'm not sure how many cups I used (probably about 5), I just make sure that after all the ingredients are added and stirred that I have about 1/4 to 1/2 inch of liquid on top. Thanks for this great recipe that I will be holding on to for a lifetime! Love from Cali
I'm about to make this soup right now. I have some lamb stew meat I need to use. A little bummed that I can't get the goya. Sold out every where I go. So we go without it. Can't wait to try it!
Thank you, young lady! This is delicious even though I had to improvise a bit with what was on hand. I have a question. After you've sauteed meat for 20 minutes, is it possible that it's a bit of overkill to pressure cook for another 40 minutes and a 17 minute release? Most of the stuff I've done in the instant pot doesn't take that long, all told this is an hour and a half. Have you ever experimented with a little less time? Thanks again and Happy New Year!
What a great recipe! I tried it this evening. I had all your ingredients except "slap your mama". Couldn't find it at Kroger or Publix, but I don't see how it could be any better cause my wife and me both loved. Will check WallMart. Thanks for sharing.
I’ve never heard of Slap Yo Mama seasoning. You can tell I’m white. I feel like I’ve missed out. 😂😆🤣. I’m with you on those butter beans. I call them Lima beans. My favorite is the baby Limas.
My instant pot doesn't have manual setting. So how do I cook the soup? I've tried using the soup function and it ends up burning every time. Help someone!
First time using my instant pot and did this recipe. Thank you for creating such an easy step by step, and the soup was AMAZING!

I use slap your mama or tony chachere. I’m Cajun so this is common with us in south Louisiana

Pressure cook and manual are the same on some instant pots. That’s how mine is. I just use pressure cook button.
Thank You
Thank you ma’am!
Just curious with beef meat why not use beef broth instead of chicken broth?
Beef broth has a dominant taste.
What size is your instapot, filled my pot just abouve the max line
Why do you use chicken broth with beef vegetable soup instead of beef broth? I have seen others do that to. Does it taste better that way?
What Kind of meat is that?
Stew beef
