Mid morning : ajwain /jeera water
Lunch : 1 green veg & Dahi salad with 1 Besan roti /vegtable
Pulao with Raita
Evening : Tea
Dinner : stir fry vegetable / 1 bowl papaya / fruit raita / Loky Raita
