How nicely you shared your story. A fat person 's life is so difficult. Very few people realise it and make harsh comments and give foolish advice like just eat less and exercise more etc. as if the obese person does not have the knowledge that these would help. I've lost 20kgs in an year 3XL to L size. By healthy lifestyle. I was always slim till 2014 but 2014-2023 I was obese..by my poor lifestyle n eating habit though I had no health issues..my doctor gave me left and right last year ... because of that i decided to lose weight ..so if any doc scolds we shud take it positively as a motivation

This month I will start doing weights and also increase my protein intake upto 1g per kg of my body weight
