    I had a Chevy bolt.
    My current insurance kept going up for no reason.
    E of the insurance companies said probably because of what you're driving.
    I looked into this model. The s I purchased it. My insurance dropped $220 a year. This car is very simple, easy buttons. The Chevy bolt had so many buttons and touch screen very difficult to adjust the heat when I was driving it. The Chevy bolt is a very rough ride. You feel and hear every bump. This car is very quiet compared to the bolt.
    The Chevy bolt was nice, but it had too many Bells and whistles Dulce, very confusing. For older people. I purchased the exact model. He is driving. I got it used with 7000 miles.
    Great price 16000 a huge saving on my current insurance. The battery in the Chevy bolt is $17000. The battery in the Nissan Leaf is only 6000 but don't worry. They come with A8 year warranty on both models. That's probably why my Chevy bolt insurance was so high and kept going up.

    The charger on the left is NOT the CCS. It's the CHAdeMO (which is a weak aspect of the car since the CCS is the standard in both US (type 1 + CCS) and Europe (type 2 + CCS))

    Nissan leaf is still the favorite budget electric car but then again it is old and nissan needs to replace it with a newer one instead of getting lazy like toyota just because people kept on buying one.

    no spare tire, but there is an area behind where the charging cable sits that is covered by a panel and holds a tire repair kit.

    There is also no spare tyre fitted on the Nissan Leaf.

    I was just looking into this model. I just got rid of my chevy aveo and if I even decide to get another car it'd probably be electric. So many EVs are just too expensive though and I don't need ridiculous 0-60 times. This might fit right in on the tiny city streets around me.

    I’m picking up mine in two weeks! I only drive 15 miles one way to work, and between the state/federal tax rebates, can’t beat the price. We’ll use my partners car for longer trips.

    The strangest looking “CCS” I have ever seen :) At this price and with a battery that eventually cooks itself, it sadly became Nissan’s compliance car.

    The car has a 150 mile range and you go less than 50 mile range and you go less than 50 miles there's plenty of range for you Gives you 50 Miles of spare range

    • @nujxad
      @nujxad Рік тому +4

      When a EV says it can go 150 miles you can pretty much take 1/3 of that away. That 150 is in the best possible conditions and doesn't count for wind speed, HVAC, weight etc. Also you won't be charging it 100% on daily basis, more ike 80-85% so like 120 miles

    • @jamiereid40
      @jamiereid40 Рік тому +1

      @@nujxad I know all that, that is why I said 150 mile range was good and he only goes 50 miles in a week so that cover him for a whole week
