  • Hi everyone, welcome back to Maribel's Kitchen. Today I bake bun for burgers. The texture is dense but soft.
    Ingredients
    240 ml of lukewarm milk
    10 grams of instant yeast
    600 grams of high protein flour
    40 grams of fine granulated sugar
    2 whole eggs
    60 grams of butter
    A pinch of salt (about 1/2 tsp)
    Notes:
    1. The Conditions/levels of dryness of wheat flour vary. You can increase the amount of liquid milk if the mixture still feels quite dry.
    2. Adjust the oven conditions at home when putting the bread in the oven
    3. Make sure the oven is preheated for 15 minutes before putting the bread in the oven.
    4. Oven on the bottom rack for 15 minutes, then move to the top rack

    240 ml susu hangat
    10 gram ragi instant
    600 gram tepung terigu protein tinggi
    40 gram gula pasir halus (gula diblender)
    2 butir telur utuh
    60 gram mentega (boleh mix margarin)
    Secubit garam (sekitar 1/ sdt)
    Note:
    1. Kondisi /tingkat kekeringan tepung terigu berbeda. Kadar susu cair boleh ditambah jika adonan masih dirasa cukup kering.
    2. Sesuaikan kondisi oven masing2 di rumah saat akan memasukkan roti ke dalam oven
    3. Pastikan oven sudah dipanaskan 15 menit sebelum roti dimasukkan ke oven.
    4. Oven di rak paling bawah selama 15 menit, lalu pindahkan ke rak paling atas
