It'd beの発音ですが、「tは発音せず」とのことですが、dも発音していないように聞こえます。耳が慣れてないだけで、dは実際発音されてますでしょうか？
It'd be の自然な発音は /ɪɾəd bi/ で、どちらかというとDが発音されていない感じです。早口だと発音されていない時はありますが、普通は口の形だけで息を出さない感じです。あと直前のTがフラップすることがほとんどなので、日本人の耳には「イロビー」か「イラビー」のように聞こえることが多いですね。。

仮定法としての「～だったらいいな」のほかには、丁寧語としての「（相手に対して）～だったら嬉しいです」という意味もあります。イメージとしては仮定法でTIさんが「距離を置いてる」と説明されてることに関連しています。「自分の理想と実際の相手の行動の距離をとる」感じです。。
