Things to check first: 1. Make sure needle is not backwards or damaged (change new needle) 2. Check threading (video available) 3. Check tension of top and bottom thread (video available) 4. Check condition of needle plate (make sure its not damaged 5. Check hook timing (video available on our UA-cam page)

I've been sewing for many years and never adj bobbin tension. Now I understand. Thanks for your explanation and a great video!
