These videos were so incredibly helpful. I have not used my machine in two years. After watching your videos I have concluded that I am going to get them going again. Thank you for all of this excellent information. Smooches MELCO.
I literally just got my machine. I have been following all instructions and probably just embroidered 3 to 4 times. What I am finding is that the bobbin broken alarm keeps going off. I tried everything and it continues to do it. I am not sure what else to do.
@@hjordan2322 I had one of the techs on the phone. They were able to see that it wasn’t my machine and it was more the tension or the settings. That wheel on the machine you turn as well as the one you set in the program. Tech said that usually everything we embroider will be at least one notch up and the setting on the program should be low as well.
It will detect it as a bobbin break. Whether the bobbin thread is missing due to no bobbin or a break of the bobbin thread, it looks the same to the machine.

I wish there were videos of the Bernina e16 pro. The screen is different than design shop and i am trying to find the applique stop.
Any idea what would cause the bobbin to constantly come out of the pigtail? I've had this problem ever since getting my X upgrade on both machines.
Should the tension not be between 180/200?

Does this machine has “empty bobbin sensor”?

@@MelcoEmbroidery ok
But the machine will stop stitching, right?
@@Miss-Laine Yes it will.
Why is embroidery such a nightmare 😭
It's not embroidery, it's Melco.😬
