Hi Emil, here in Italy I've aways struggled with carbs, at cause of our Mediterranean culture, but never with Meat, but offcourse not everyday, I've find the right balance in certain ways, anyway I've find a strong difference between red and white meat like chicken for example. My body and minds anyway need meat once at weak minimum. But carbs, like pizza, could be oppressive, exactly how edging on no fap, I've witness That, despite my love for pizza.
On carnivore you need 80% fat and 20% protein. Chicken is way to lean. It needs to be fatty cuts of red meat. I've also connected a few dots when it comes to carbs and pmo. Cheers!
Thanks for sharing. I've been wanting to try it for a while but I keep cheating because I have a little carbs...I see now that this might make it harder than it needs to be. This is motivating me to try it again for real.
