I almost don’t feel like eating the next day because I am still not hungry. All grass fed and eggs! I am combatting type 2 diabetes with neuropathy nerve damage.
Hello and that is awesome!! Great job! I am glad you are seeing results, sometimes its just making a couple of tweaks and everything falls into place :)
Not really GROUND beef related but I work at a Trader Joe's and we just got these 3rd pound burger patties that are 4 for 10 bucks and are a combination of chuck, brisket and sirloin. And when I say that these are some of the best burgers I've ever had, it's no exaggeration. One of the many random things we've gotten in that I've come to love that will probably be discontinued in three months lol, get em while you can!
Wow that sounds incredible!! I love all those meats. Too bad I live a food desert now I loved it when Rochester got a TJs! We waited decades! (Then I move 🤦♀️)
Try this one. I eat this almost every day and I either use ground beef or carne picada beef: 1/3 stick of irish butter, about 15 shakes of franks red hot sauce (or a classic red hot sauce), then add a fair amount of onion powder, paprika, and a small amount of cumin, and if you tolerate salt well, add a small amount of sea salt. Cook in a pan on medium low heat and cook it low and slow for best taste. For whatever reason, these ingredients combined create a flavor that you would never guess came from these ingredients. I've eaten this recipe about 6 times a week for the past 4 months and I still want to eat it every day.
The carne picada cut makes it, I bet! I would have to add a squeeze of lime 🍋🟩 Carne asada is one of my favorite meals I eat it off the grill as it gets done O em gee

Hello! Its a non stick ceramic pan, no weird chemicals here :) Unless you are referring to the crepe pan, and then yes, that is nonstick. If I could get that ceramic I would :)
The main reason I'd never do that is bc it's easy to get too much iron saturation which you don't need when you start getting older. I'd cook in it maybe 1/2 the time. I use Blue Diamond nonstick & I think Dr Gundry listed that as ok
A tip for those who can't handle a lot of beef fat or even fat in general, emulsify your fat with egg yolks. I make butter bites that have one egg yolk per stick of butter, sometimes using chocolate, but you could just use vanilla or nothing but meat to flavor your butter bites, and I emulsify melted butter with the egg yolks using an immersion blender. Very similar to how one might make carnivore mayo. In any case, it tastes like fudge coming out of the fridge. Easy for me to digest and quite delicious.
@@GrammaPatriot , one stick of butter to one egg yolk. Again, you can add the flavors and sweetness that you prefer or not. When I made them, I used a one to one to one to one ratio of stick of butter, egg yolk, square of baking chocolate, and teaspoon of allulose. If you wanted to go super carnivore, you could just do the egg yolk and butter. Glycine, which is an amino acid, could work for your sweetener, but I haven't tried it with this recipe. You could also skip the sweet altogether and make savory butter bites with bacon or beef. But the base recipe is one stick of butter to one egg yolk.
Great video! I like to make taco shells and burger buns out of shredded pepperjack cheese. Blueberry and goat cheese stuffed meatballs are a great recipe. And a little mollases makes your beef patties super juicy

Minced beef here in Melbourne is A$11.00 (US$7.30) per kg (2.2lb) x 18% fat. Great value. I just chuck 1/2kg in a pan let it cook until the the blood has disappeared and crack 3 eggs on. Cook another 2 or 3 minutes and YUM!

I've never used mine for that, but I may try it. 😊
I've been using a full-fat organic greek yogurt in place of sour cream for the wider variety of probiotic bacteria as I continue adjusting to strict carnivore. If you get the right brand of organic full-fat, it is nearly indistinguishable from sour cream. When I get Simply Nature from Aldi it's thick, not super runny, and has the same sourness and flavor as sour cream. I literally thought I bought sour cream by accident the first time I had PROPER greek yogurt. Next I'll be seeking out the best grass fed yogurt brand

It adds a crunchiness that I love :)
I recently made a stroganoff using thinly sliced ribeye and sourcream with paprika for the sauce. It was delicious!
Yum! That sounds amazing!
@@HexOptimal sounds delicious! I love greek yogurt
@@JennyMitich same here it's hard to keep it stocked in my house lol
U are BRILLZ
Thank you for sharing. It is much appreciated ❤
You are so welcome!
I would probably lose wait if I would quit doing the dairy.Along with my carnivore.
But i'm just getting started, so hopefully I can start taking some of the dairy out.
Hello! For sure, but take it day by day. You can cut the dairy once you get used to this way of eating :)
great recipe ideas! the beef stroganoff is my favorite right now.
Good choice! I'm loving that one too :)
These are great! Thank you ❤
I mix it with beef liver and ground pork as well.
You're welcome :)
Thank you! Can’t wait to try these recipes! Checking out Ozark Ground Beef too❤️

Amazing video, thank you!
MEATBALLS: I presume it is a calorie count of 960/6 meatballs?? Approx 160 per ball?? I LOVE that you provide the information per recipe!! Thank you
Hello! Yep, exactly :)
You don't count calories on a carnivore way of eating!❤
@@juliawigger9796 hello! Some people do😀
@@JennyMitich why? It's not the point/basis of carnivore! It's not a diet but a way of eating.
@@juliawigger9796 I’m just telling you my exp. A lot of people like to track and have the info. Also, some people are over or under eating. Lots of different reasons out there, just do what works best for you 😀
Great inspiration! Thank you!
You are so welcome!
Do you use the Ozark Valley Wagyu? What about the Ozark Valley Wagyu? Did I mention the Ozark Valley Wagyu?
Oh wow! I’ve just started carnivore style of eating and I thought I was going to be gnawing on a steak three times a day 🤣🥩😍😍😍 .
Hello! You totally can, but having some ground beef mixes it up a bit and makes it a bit cheaper :)
I would gnaw happily 2x a day
Ribeye or strip 1-2x a day is my ideal
Perfect meal…love ground beef and love eggs
Same!
I have left hamburger alone for now. I am digging on "choice" beef for stew and stir fry.
Onion is so good in ground beef you carnis are missing out
BTW we also ate vege 😊 as we evolve
But we were never meant to eat two minute noodles and drink 😮soft drinks
I got tired of making steak every day and the price - now doing 4:06 this 3-4 times a week and I don’t drain any of the valuable saturated fat.
