@@czemail sorry to hear that. They are based in China, so let me ask them if there is a better method to connect. If you have gmail, there is a good chance their email responses are getting blocked
How would you purchase the touchscreen glass from? The website just gives the basic manufacturer info

Better? Probably not, but SO much cheaper and still incredibly funtions, absolutely. Also, check out my new touchscreen video. THAT is definitely better than the Raven
The infrared should have been the same same response time. Its just bad electronics
It wasnt much slower, but still enough that I noticed
@@TheDerekFrank What I mean is infrared sensors have the ability to pick up information faster than any capacitive or resistive device, as light is faster than electricity. However, they both get bottlenecked by the electronics, so there should be no difference if they have the same quality of electronics. I guess however the previous device was engineered limited its speed. An infrared sensor can get down to 1ms response time. But some cheap garbage can be really slow.

I finally did get a response on the 19th and requested two 24" screens and again ghosted!
