This is my favourite beverage at Starbucks apart from the frappuccino line-up. I've used my homemade vanilla syrup so that's the natural touch right there. Hope you enjoy!
Starbucks is the largest coffeehouse company in the world. People have varying opinions on Starbucks but I neither like nor dislike - I simply look at the facts. They are extremely influential and have a variety of beverages that a lot of people like! In my videos, I aim to take some popular beverages from Starbucks into a non-franchise setting and develop it further. There’s a lot you can do in a non-mass production environment!
Home-made vanilla syrup tutorial: • Amazing homemade Vanil...
    ▶Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew◀
    Quantity: 1 glass
    Cold Brew Concentrate 120ml
    Water 60ml
    Syrup 20ml
    Vanilla Cream 70ml
    Ice
① Prepare ice in the glass.
② Pour the cold brew concentrate, water and syrup. Mix well.
③ Pour the vanilla cream on top.
    ⊙Vanilla Cream⊙
    Milk 25ml
    Heavy Cream 25ml
Homemade Vanilla Syrup (can use store-bought) 20ml
    ⊙Cold Brew Concentrate⊙
There are so many recipes for making cold brew and this is just one of them. I’ve called this the “concentrate” because this would yield cold brew that’s concentrated and you would usually need to dilute it with water or milk.
    500g cold water
60g coffee beans (slightly coarser than espresso grind)
① Adjust the dial so it takes around 6~8hrs to extract all.
② Keep it in the fridge at all times.

Hello, thanks for making this great video. Do you know if Starbucks adds vanilla syrup to the cold brew first like you did? I saw some people online add it to the cold brew (+ cream) and some only add it to the cream.

I still have homemade syrup that I made base on your previous recipe, and tomorrow morning will make this delicious drink..btw, don't have any heavy cream ready at home, kinda thinking to change it to Evaporated milk..

  • @Eeyesablous
    @Eeyesablous 9 місяців тому

Your vids are great, I'd also like to elaborate on the subject of the sweet cream by sharing my observations on making the drink myself: another great option is to use evaporated milk, (which has 7% fat content) and using handherld frother to achieve the desired consistency instead of heavy cream with milk, the texture highly resembles the one you get at starbucks. Since I am from Poland and have never been to Korea, I don't know what the Korean market is like, but if you have a similar product range, you could try experimenting with this :).
