100g of heavy cream over low heat, add 30g sugar turn heat off before cream boils, add 130g high quality chocolate to bowl and cover with hot cream, add 30g of cocoa powder once chocolate melts. Mix in warm milk to your consistency then add cold milk when ready to drink.
How many days can it be stored ?

I wonder if the Bevi in my country is somewhat similar. Never ocurred to me to use heavy cream, mainly because the price but maybe one day I gonna try it with my Chocomilk always improving.
Sadly milk in Korea and the states just don't taste the same. Korea is very lucky to have milk that tastes so good and I miss it.

Thank you so much for the recipe, I tried it and it was amazing!! I don't know what kind of chocolate you used, so I just used 58% chocolate and medium brown cocoa powder. I love that it's not too sweet, the taste is just right for me.
I use French Valrhona couverture (55%) dark chocolate.^^

They say 3 days. It's probably better to drink them fresh rather than freezing them and having old subpar chocolate milk later.

Leche con chocolate muy popular acá en México no de esta forma pero si los chocomils o chocolate abuelita o ibarra y ahorita ya esta tiene otras marcas de chocolates con stevia para diabeticos. Se ve muy rico su chocolate con leche.

One thing we are missing here in America is beautiful packaging. We have like 6 corporations just running everything and they use cheap packaging and charge the maximum they can for products to the point where very cheap stuff is getting more expensive than premium stuff.
