To be honest, I was never that excited when I saw Mark’s yoga videos, but one day I decided to give it a try. It was a morning workout video and I felt really really great 😊 Now it’s my third time doing this yoga workout and I don’t get enough of it. It’s so fun, challenging and calming at the same time. It’s one of my favourites from the channel. Thank you Mark and Juliana for those wonderful moments of us doing yoga together 🙏🏻

I love doing your videos before bed but sometimes the video i select is done in the day on a beautiful beach. I know I don't have to look at the screen but would be nice to see more routines you do before sleeping. Thank you Love!
