Juliana, please tell me, if for someoane who has disc hernies, is good for back?
The only responsible answer without ever having seen you is: no it isn’t the right training for you.
Any differing answer depends on where the herniated disc is, what kind of herniation it is, when it happened, how it has been treated, how it feels now and what your current fitness level is.
A youtuber - no matter how well trained in any field - could never give a generalized thumbs up to such a question. Please ask your physiotherapist which exercises are helpful for your body right now.

You should do whatever feels good. Movement and stressrelease by yoga and meditation can always be helpfull with any disease. Listen to your body

I’ve been working out almost every day for over a year now (a lot of which has consisted of your practices!), and when I saw this one I thought it would just be a quick easy workout for my rest day…. When I tell you that dolphin plank sequence almost brought me to tears. This was an awesome little workout, thank you for the challenge !!!!!

Been doing this exact practice for the past year, just modified some parts according to what i need each day and it's never boring. There were days that i skipped but once i come back, I don't ever want to miss a day again. I'd like to express how grateful i am for this.
