@@rhondawilliams9449 Keep going! As someone who has been doing yoga and pilates for a fairly long time (though not consistently XD) and did gymnastics in the past, this was challenging for me too (and some of the other videos on this channel)
For anyone who struggled, you are NOT alone. This was easily the hardest yoga work out I’ve done (I’m drenched in sweat 😅) But by challenging yourself each day, or even week, you will get better! Small steps create major results. Now let’s kick some butt! ❤️❤️

i struggled a lot the first week. It has become easier but I still work up a decent sweat.

Smoothly? 🤣😂 I hate this kind of yoga but it's a necessary evil! LOL! My fave is restorative yoga, but I'm not toning like I want doing that, so I have to add this stuff. It'll get easier as we go.

Boho beautiful transforms my mental and physical health. Their videos have been helping me for years. I stopped practicing a while ago after a bad event and my health became very poor. I started daily practice recently and have noticed a huge difference inwardly and physically. If I had one thing to tell others practicing - its that you will get so much more out of this of you focus on trying to feel better and become stronger rather than worrying about how your body looks in the moment . Its like they keep saying - you're exactly where you need to be right now.

I’m going to try this out bc i want to improve both my mentality and physicality. These days where the COVID-19 pandemic gets bigger and bigger every day in my country, i want to look out for myself and find a light in my little cave because that’s what i deserve. I deserve to be healthy and happy, and im going to put all my efforts into giving myself that. I will get trough these days, and make myself proud of my achievements when i look back to these times. I’m going to turn this struggle into a beautiful journey. I’m sharing it with you guys bc i know how hard it can be sometimes, so maybe i can be a little inspiration to someone reading this. Remember to always keep trying, YOU are BIGGER than your problems🐆.

Trying this tomorrow morning! I love doing your workouts during my morning routine... I usually go for a walk outside as soon as I wake up to get some sunlight, come inside and make a huge drink of water, lemon, and some himalayan salt (for minerals) and then do one of your videos! this routine makes me so happy :)

I actually enjoy both. Hearing Juliana’s voice as she moved (as opposed to the voice overs) reminded me of the older style of her videos when they first started the channel. Made me feel quite nostalgic! So I enjoy both, I always love the beautiful outdoor settings.

Day 1: Technically more like day 2? The first time I attempted it I gave up mid-workout! However, not sure if I was just having a bad day but today I completed the whole thing. It is challenging but I made it out okay! I hope by the end my three-legged dogs look a bit better!

This is definitely my favorite workout video. I have been doing it almost every other day since 2 months ago.
Her voice is so gentle and instruction is incredibly clear. I started to do yoga 1 year ago with Boho. So far I have done only 2 yoga videos. I repeated another easier morning yoga for 9 months and now this workout video for 2 months. From watching and following, wanting to quit halfway, to now just listen to her instruction and do it with my eyes closed on the beach, it's getting easier and more peaceful, my core has been getting stronger.
On cardio days, I am mostly too lazy and busy to do a HIIT. Now I always start my daily workout routine with this yoga workout set with 90kcal burnt. You can really start the set anytime in a day! LOVE IT!

my awesome house girl and i did this this morning as we always do your vids at the start of her shift. at the end i was like "let's do THIS one everyday for awhile, NOT." lol. but actually we pushed through and did one of our fave arm workouts of yours after and were pretty puffed up that we'd survived. thank you for pushing us. you and mark are such inspirations and your intros are pure magic and a sight for sore eyes during a very long lockdown here.
