    I too want to thank you for helping me become stronger. Saturday I went to the country store and bought two bushels of apples to make sauce. I lifted the boxes from the display into my cart; from my cart into my truck; from my truck into the house going up 5 stairs. All times two since it was two boxes. I weighed the boxes - 45 pounds each. My husband was so surprised.
    Also, thanks for not editing out the mistakes. It is good to know you are not perfect and improving as well. Thanks for all you do. Blessings to your team.

    My 72 year old mom did this workout with me. (She really appreciated Rachel offering different modifications). Shout out to her being a total fitness badass! She regularly walks 3 to 5 miles a day

      Your mom is my hero!! I turned 30 this year and I am really working on prioritizing health and strength, but I dont really have any older women around me that I can look up to and say *that:s what I am working toward* so I LOVE reading comments like this. It keeps me inspired to work toward a better / healthier future

    I LOVE your workouts!! for 6 days a week, I alternate 3 days cardio, 3 days strength training, Your workouts for strength are so unique and fun. I am a big fan! (soon to be 78 y.o.)

    My favorite was definitely the deadlift + knee up! My preschooler agreed with Rachel - she likes the chop, squat, raise, repeat!

    I wanted to share with you that you have helped me become stronger! I had a 1.5 yard of soil I needed on the other side of my fence. I emptied some of it and then racked it and pushed it up and over the 4ft fence. :) I am 5"2 and 65 years old. Thank you! Functional moves due to NML conditioning!

    Loved it! I switched my family to barefoot shoes a year ago and my feet are dramatically stronger than when I wore traditional shoes with arch support insoles. Now I always work out barefoot and had 0 taps today. Yes, balancing is so much easier and effective barefoot!!

    So many great moves in here! The single arm, one leg RDL to press was so challenging. Very wobbly with sneakers and plush carpet but not giving up. The swing/squat/press is fun!! Thanks for such amazing programming!

    Thanks for another great workout! Only move I don't love is windmill... 🤷‍♀ Bear crawls and sprinters are fun! And I love that you incorporated some full body strength to make these more challenging in the functional fitness kind of way! So much better than crunches...     My favorite move was the twist with balance. I also liked the chop, and squat, but kept getting confused about what move I was doing next. Honestly, your nontraditional core workouts, like this one, are my favorite. I always come back to them. LOVE! Keep crushing it, Lindsey & Rachel.

    This was such a good workout! Tomorrow I will be doing Day 10 and that will be the first time for me that I was able to complete the whole Strong20 program. I am really proud of myself. Right now I'm focussing on good form and consistency, but I have noticed a major change in strenght this week. I haven't had to switch to 10lbs weights anymore. I'm really grateful for your workouts and workout plans!! 💜

    I’m normally a traditional abs person, but I loved the addition of weight to this core workout. I especially loved the lunge, twist, around the world move…so fun!

    Quick and dirty is right!! 😃 Sweat is running down my back lol! My quads are on fire from the lateral bear crawls.     Yeah!! day 9 down, was able to do it with 12 lbs, I'm stepping up from the 10 lbs...lol but it was so doable with the challenge of course, followed by hanging on the pullup bar...have to say I've made more progress following your workouts. You guys have a great day!🙌💪💯

    I’m a little behind, but slowly trudging through this program and I’m loving it. It’s been great to be able to mentally tell myself “it’s only 20 minutes, no excuses!” That’s made everything easier. And then some days I’ve had extra energy for a 10 minute cardio burst after, which makes me feel so strong! Thanks so much for these great workouts!!!

    Today was core work for me so did this and another 10 min DR challenge of yours. Loved both so much. This functional core workout is exactly what I need postpartum. Loved the deadlift clean and oh press, the Lunge chop and halo and also the balancing OH press move. I plan on coming back to this every week and improve on the movements.     I had an abdominoplasty about 9 months ago to heal my DR, and I'm avoiding direct crunching motions on my core. So on the last burnout move, I did deadbugs instead! What a great core workout. Even though my DR is corrected, I still want to protect that area as it continues to heal.

    Doing Strong in 20 for the second time and this one was tougher because my knee has been so sore this week. I injured it last year somehow 🤷🏼‍♀️and it just isn’t healing fast for me. But I modified when I had to and finished 🙌🏻. I’m excited to finish the plan tomorrow and start Strong in 25 next week ❤

    These workouts make me feel so strong! Even when i struggle through it . I love this style. Only just finishing now because i got hit with another nasty round of a cold on day 6 last week and couldnt finish but i am now and def plan to repeat . Best 20 minutes of my day.

    Thank you so much i think the core workouts are what I enjoy the most they are so creative! I loved the front lunge with press and halo and the single leg hinge too. So glad we did them twice ❤
