Love these workouts!! My boyfriend decided to get in shape so he does these workouts with me. He jokes that you are all using styrofoam weights...he's at 12 lbs right now and has "ugly face through most of the workout, so you can imagine the hit to his ego when he's trying to keep up with women lifting 15-20 lbs! I remind him that Lindsey always says "start where you're at"! I'm just proud of him for doing it!! Thanks for a great workout!

This is definitely my new favorite arm workout! 6 moves just seemed super manageable in my mind but I loved how challenging it ended up being. Loved all the recipes and pork facts thrown in there. Fun having Taylor and Caroline join. 💗
I love these trisets!!! It is a good length - short enough that I feel I can work to failure but long enough that it's a great workout. New fav format!!

Arms are shaking!!! Went up to 25 pds for several exercises & wow, feeling it already! Thanks for the prk recipe ideas. Love pulled pork sandwiches, so the butt (AKA shoulder), as well as a bone in pork chop, my favorite :)
I literally just made pork Carnitas in the crockpot yesterday and will be eating those for leftovers tonight.🙌 While I love that meal, Caroline’s meal of bacon and brussels sprouts with eggs would definitely be my favorite.
Loved the pork fun facts! And what a burn. I was feeling like my arms are so weak...then I realized before a year ago I had never picked up a weight heavier than 8 lbs. So I'm pretty dang proud of my 12-20 range today!!
So glad you had a standing option since I have use my phone while I am traveling. It was still a tough and great upper body strength 💪 workout. Thank you. My arms reached muscle fatigue. Woo hoo!
Thank you so much,! It was excellent and my kids love your kickboxing routines. At one point I had my two kids plus three more from friends squashed in my living room doing a 30 minute kickboxing routine. 😊😊😊❤️
I make pork chops with a combo of Dr. Taylor's and Caroline's recipes. I cook diced pancetta, add shredded cabbage (and brussels sprouts would probably work too!), cook it down, then add apple cider vinegar and raisins. Super tasty. I also make a roast pork butt for my husband's birthday every year. It's called a picnic cut and it has the skin on too. I make a wet rub with garlic, black pepper, oregano vinegar and olive oil, marinate the roast for three days, then roast it for three hours. NOT healthy, I guess, but it's delicious! I freeze the leftovers and make cubano sandwiches later. I also love the pork tenderloin sheet pan dinner you posted on IG recently. It looks great!
Love your workouts! I'm at home with the Bowflex weights. Because I often need to switch the weight between moves, it would be helpful to callout upcoming moves between each circuit so I gave we much time as possible to change my weight during rests. Thanks!
Oh man… this workout was amazing! My arms are toast! I made it through the final circuit with 20s and 15s but had to drop to my 12s for the curls on the last set! So toasty!
never was a fan of arm workouts until i found NML. doing this as part of your beginner workout program to get back into exercise postpartum and it is amazing to feel myself getting stronger
This was AWESOME!! Keep the trisets coming please:) Maybe a booty/abs and a lower body? And what about some merch like hoodies and tshirts so we can support and thank you?
This was killer after a week "off". We went to DC on vacation last week and walked ~40 miles (6-10 per day), but I only did strength exercises one day. This was hard but good for my first day back! 🔥❤
Done this work out so many times and I’d like to say that Caroline’s Brussel sprout recipe is BOMB. I’ve made it a ton and it’s so good!!!!! Also my arms are burning typing this
