I make this using butter milk instead of regular milk. No need to add lemon juice etc. cook over gentle heat til it separates, drain well. Add herbs and spices and cream. Much easier.
How much butter milk do you use as it's quite thick as well
I use half a gallon of butter milk.
Thanks for good tips
Good idea
Definitely saving this video.
I love all of your videos , Im asking myself how longe it can stay in or out of the fridge?

Can this cream cheese be used to make desserts as in cream cheese frostings etc ?
Wonderful. 👍
We dont have all these herbs in Pakistan but believe we can use some locally available and also according to local taste. Parsely is hardly found here nor is the taste familiar to indiginous population of this region.
It should be very easy to find those herbs. Google "5 Traditional Herbs in Pakistan" and you'll see that I'm right.
After the cheese is strained thru a kitchen towel that liquid I think it's called whey anybody know uses for it
My milk carton says, UHT recombined milk. Is that the same as UHT? Can I still use it to make cheese? I've ran out of mostly everything due to the restrictions. (My village shop only sells flour, milk, eggs etc, basic stuff)
Yummy!
Can you leave this plain cream and skip to add the cream
Oh hell yes oh hell yes oh hell yes!!!
Yummy .... n well demonstrated ........ thanks
You are welcome Riya :)
Wow yummmy mouthwatering dish ise. Can i add butter?
What is the shelf life of this product?
OMG ❣️. Looks so delicious 😋
Thank you Janet :)
I am new to cheese making, but it seems like the videos for basic cheeses (ricotta, mozzarella) are all nearly identical. So far, I have watched three videos on making Boursin, and the ingredients and processes are all COMPLETELY different. I plan to try all of them, but I have to assume the results will be quite different.
Looks soooooo yummy. Recipe please.
watch the video. It is the recipe
How many wks or months before its expired?
Nice 😍
Thankbu
Thank you 😍😍😍
I never saw someone putting yoghurt in the milk with the lemon and vinegar to make cream cheese. Is there a specific reason why you make it this way? Or is it more for the taste?
How long does it last in fridge
Stays in fridge for how many days?
Fine. What qty. (cream cheese) approx. arrive at by this recipe. Could u please advise.
yummy
Very intimating recipe I loved at first sight 🌹🌹🌹
Thank you :)
Storage for how many days?
Can you use sour cream instead of yoghurt?
Can I use low fat cream in place of heavy cream? Secondly, can I use the cream which we get on top of boiled milk?
Rewa Chadha no
About how long do you heat it up waiting for the curds to separate from the whey? I was at that step & I never got the yellow watery whey to separate. 😔 I've made ricotta from whole milk & lemon juice/vinegar before & it turned out great! But this isn't working for me.
Nevermind! It worked! I just had to heat it up longer, about 10 min in med heat! 😂
Hi, I just wanted to ask you before I try it. How was it? Did it taste good? Plz let me know
Wow supper 🤝👍
Thank you :)
Wowo great.. recipe i did also a nice cream cheese recipe in my channel. Great job
can we use it in creame cheese cakes.the plain one
Homemade cream cheese recipe available in our channel
Why do you use the plain yogurt?
Boursin is a french cheese and it's a double-creamcheese with french herbs und garlic.
I'm wondering, why you don't use cream cheese (adding cream and sour cream/ crème fraîche) for this recepe. It would be easyer and it would take less time. And please: use fresh herbs if possible. You will love it!
Greetings from Germany.
I suppose that mixing together bought cream cheese with bought creme fraiche with herbs is not the same as making your own cream cheese. Quicker, yes. But not homemade.
Sometimes dried herbs are better for some recipes.
this with spinach and pasta and bacon
How long can you store this
Says at the end of the video, it keeps for about 5 days
Will it work with low fat milk ?
Yes, but I recommend using whole milk for this cheese. A cheese made with low fat milk tends to be less softer and less creamier than that made with whole milk.
You're adding cream to it anyway.
@@fixitsamo thank you i will definitely try your recipe
@@waldolost5181 I think that will solve it *_* thank you
For how long it can be stored?
soomi athar ..5 days. In d fridge. It’s says in d end.
Wow I will make it 💕💕
Great. I wil try. N wil ask u when i wil be in trouble. Stay blessed
You are welcome Hina :)
How was it
2لتر حليب كامل الدسم تقطعلك 400 غرام من الجبنة الكريمية
Plain served with preserves
Hi can we use powdered milk? Please reply
Looks great. TFS. ❤️
You are welcome Sheryll :)
Either Lemon juice or Venigar is enough to coagulate the milk, isn't it? Then why did you use both the ingredients plus yogurt also?

Where r u from pl
That's called paneer in India.
Paneer with extra cream and spices!! yum :)
I will try to make a vegan version using cashew milk, almond milk yogurt and cashew cream
Tell us in this comment how it turn out plz :)
Ripple milk works VERY well. nut milks, not so much.
Does nut milk even react the same way when the lemon and vinegar are added? I can't imagine it actually separating into curds and whey like regular dairy does.
Isn't this actually cottage cheese ? Is cream cheese the same thing?
where I found this milk ?? please
👍👍👍👍👌
You go to all that work just to make cream cheese. Why don't you just go to the store and buy it? It's like it's $2 and 50 Cent a tub
@ dave: it is not that cheap in every country or even available
@@lousalama9331 right
And most of the time, they put all kind of food preservertives in to it, that is not always good. When you make it at home, you know what you eat
nice ! except for choice of music

Hello poh blees is all..
Padalaw din sakin.. Salamat po 🙏🙏
This isn't cream cheese; it's ricotta. Whole milk doesn't have enough dairy fat in it to produce cream cheese. Also, if it only drained for an hour, then the moisture content is too high to be cream cheese.
Sadly this costs 3-4 times as much as bought. this world is sick. home made with love and sweat should be cheaper but nope.

Wow I will definitly try . Thk u
