  • In today's short video I address my goals for the channel this year and what we need to get done on each car! I will have most of the parts for the e30 at the start of the year and need to gather the parts for the crv! the e30 will be the main focus, and we will need to beef up the rear end before the turbo kit!
Thank you all so much for watching! A sub to the channel would help out a ton!

No turbo!! Just rev it to 8000 and enjoy! It’s just like a E30 M3! That 325 is like 2500 pounds so you’ve got a great platform.
    My two cents. I owned a 325e in 1988 and I only had 121 HP and I loved it. Couldn’t imagine 220!

The crvs are super underrated I think they are really sweet! But I have thought about having a small lift kit or bigger tires!

Great! I'm excited about your addition of a turbo. Like you, I'm currently doing a K24 swwap on an E30. I'll be interested in your choice for a tubo manifold. If I may I would like to ask a couple questions. First, have you stayed with the chassis mounted shifter? I know you weren't pleased witth it before the K24. Second, have you stayed with the factory abs or have you eliminated it? Good luck with the rear end! I've started my project with redoing the entire suspension, ugh. Like you, I've procured a Z3 188mm LSD. Thankfully my car is a 325 so I won't have any problems with the rear replacement. Best of luck, I'll keep watching!

I will likely be going with the tf works turbo manifold, they have great products, but I stayed with the chassis mount shifter, from what I realized my m42 was very buzzy compared to other models, I more or less leaned into it more, and yes I did keep factory abs for right now, I might have to delete it for the turbo kit, but we will see! Yeah the z3 diff is definitely the way to go! Thank you for the support! Good luck with your build as well!

Ryan thank you, for the CRV Build please do the (RSX type S) coolant housing with the intergrated oil cooler for the K24a2. it's one of those lesser known JEWELS for us N/A k24 lovers it uses S2000 Part and OEM honda parts to make a huge difference in engine temps would keep the CRV cooler on the next 30+ hour plus Journey. looking forward to rear end work. quick question is the flywheel you're using bmw or from a Honda? or can i use any K series flywheel mated to a getrag 260?

I will definitely be looking into that type s cooler! Thank you, but I am using a flywheel specific to this application, it's one made by tf works and it's an extended flywheel! The flywheel then works with an aftermarket clutch by lux from what I understand

Hey lovely e30, I was wondering how long the k-series swap took you since I’m interested in the same swap.

Thank you! In total from pulling the engine to getting it running it took about 7 months, but I bought everything in different parts, you can fully do the swap in a week if you have all the parts, it's a really easy swap in my book
