Hey brother sounds sweet . In my heart is love to swap a V8 in my E46. The 1uz is a viable swap over the m60/M62 swaps. However, how's the electronics side of things? Are you running the uz ECU and the bmw ECU ( engine/cabin electronics) . What else done to make it work? Thanks 🙏🏽
Hello! The engine works with its toyota electronics while inside the car there is the original BMW accessories electronics, in the cluster only the fuel level and speed work (through ABS electronics BMW). Not have AC. The swap is viable but it is not easy, there is little space so it is necessary to manufacture a carter and oil sucker, exhaust manifolds and engine and gearbox supports.

@@jeanstuardodonoso1103 El motor aun no lo inscribo. legalmente en Chile se puede inscribir pero se pierde el sello verde (sello catalitico) pasando a ser sello rojo. Con respecto al carter puedes comprarlo en Usa o fabricarlo, es a mi opinion lo mas complejo del swap porque el espacio es super estrecho; yo lo fabrique. Saludos!
