Cops at McDonalds acting like they’re on patrol in Afghanistan and any civilian might be a terrorist.
hmm... maybe we should stop encouraging 18 year olds to let the government brainwash them to become killers, and then when they rejoin the civilian world maybe we should stop funneling them all into law ennforcement? friendly reminder that the us military is the #1 job program in the country...
That’s exactly how they see us. We’re all Taliban to them!
They better be careful, the culture in this country is changing rapidly..
They wasn’t even doing anything they had no lights on and he said that he got a call so he had to come over to that McDonald’s but he did it without his lights on so they were obviously just trying to meet up so they can have their little buddy buddy conversation. I think they’re the kids that were in school and they had to have everybody’s attention by joining the football team or were the loud ones in the hallway trying to act bad.
These cops would be acting much nicer In Afghanistan. Wouldn’t be wasting there time arresting anyone for telling them what’s what.
Filling out a false police report needs to be a felony.
Definitely!
Given that a person making a false police report can already be a felony (depending on how much they falsified), I would assume an officer doing the same thing would carry a similar charge at a minimum.
@@heroclix0rz you would think...

Cops won't take food or drink, they too scared.
“I’ll put you in jail I don’t care” that is exactly how they feel. They don’t care about rights.
Exactly. The fact that he so boastfully states "I don't care" is justification to remove his badge. If he doesn't care that he's committing numerous crimes, that is a problem.
Yeah he really gave away the game with that line. He initially said she wasn’t under arrest and then only threatened to arrest her once she wasn’t apologetic for criticizing him.

I don’t care if they make it home at the end of the day. So…..
The cops are completely full of $hit. The cop, whose little fee-fees got hurt, should be fired, jailed and fined. RIDICULOUS.
He should be publicly shamed for being a giant kitty cat. Then fired for being a giant kitty cat.

This woman is so amazing the way she’s handling her emotions. This officer has absolutely abused his power. This is why qualified immunity should be taken away. False arrest !
She handled herself really well. They tried to offer her a plea deal where she would have to take anger management classes. She was calm and under control the whole time.

Arrested for startling an officer of the law. We can all sleep peacefully in our beds knowing this cop is patrolling the streets of McCracken County.
I agree 100 percent with CLR. If an officer turns off his body camera, it should automatically be accepted that whatever he and his colleagues said would be regarded by a court as self-incriminating. Otherwise why would he feel that need to turn it off. What did he have to hide?
If I was the woman I would have chosen to remain silent after the second officer read her her rights. He was not present and did not witness what happened between the first officer and the women that lead to the first officer deciding to arrest her. I would have made that point to him. His actions were clearly prejudiced in favour of his pal.
It is also disgusting that the second officer was allowed to complete the arrest whilst the first officer who escalated this situation went on his way. The tyrant did that so that his name wouldn't be on the arrest sheet.
I certainly saw NO other meetings or processions taking place.
Cop was butthurt that he got busted driving like someone he would have ticketed and again when he wasn't aware of the citizen walking up to his car. Bully cop.
A cop tried similar when my ex and I were on our way to visit my parents one time. He was trying to force his way in front of us on an expressway despite there being room behind us. He was in a Jeep and no uniform. He flashes a badge.
I have cops in my family who always tell me if someone flashes a badge while not in a department car or uniform. So I called the police station (non emergency) and told them so they said to go their. I got a call back that it WAS a cop and he wanted to "speak with you" and she said he was delivering a file.
He walks out and starts talking down to me. I interrupted him and explained that my cousin, the Captain of a different precinct, with 2 cousins as detectives, said to never pull over for a badge flash.
He got up and walked back into the back.
COPS LIKE THIS IS WHY MOST PEOPLE HAVE LOST RESPECT FOR PO-LICE!!

The cop was so offended by a citizen complaint about their reckless driving he was going to teach her a lesson. It's jaw dropping.
She probably interrupted him playing on his phone, and he was embarrassed

These "law enforcement" officers are the absolutely the worst examples of who should be wearing a badge and carrying a gun.
The second cop with his "if you could go back in time..." nonsense was trying to get her to admit fault on camera to use in court. This is why you never talk to cops.
"this is what it's come to now"
Right! Then he said he witnessed coworkers break the law and bites his tongue yet he pulls citizens over for the same crime and ticket them. He told her everything she should have done but not one thing that the officer should have done.

I live in McCracken County, and this makes me sick. Until we actually elect a sheriff based on merit instead of endorsement from the last sheriff, we'll keep having jack boot deputies. We used to have a good Sheriff's Dept and County.
Well said @dynamicduck8777 I live in McCracken also and it's definitely time for a change in our justice system!!

@@runfortheroses6454 I wrote the Sheriff after I saw another video of a completely different situation. I will give him credit for responding that day and asking if I would like to actually sit down and talk about suggestions. However, I'm no moron and I have no interest in going in alone so I could potentially get targeted by any of the bad deputies. Do you have any possible candidates you would vote for in the next election? I'm not a cop or I would run.
Mccracken County is a great place to live, not the City of Paducah, but the actual county. We haven't had a sheriff interested in pushing for transparency, or actually making sure his Deputies KNOW THE LAWS they're being paid to enforce. It's the Good Ol' Boy System, where the only candidate on the ticket is the guy who gets the nod from the outgoing Sheriff. I could care less if the candidate is a career cop, as long as he is actually pushing his deputies to follow the Constitution they swore the oath to protect, focus their energy on real crime, aren't terrified to actually do the job and using the least amount of escalation possible, and most importantly supporting the right of the people in their community to carry firearms. If it were me I would absolutely award citizens for being responsible gun owners. The county has always been perfectly fine about issuing CCDW's before the state went Constitutional Carry, but unlike a lot of other Sheriff's in nearby states I haven't seen one in Mccracken County who says he'll stand against any of the Unconstitutional gun laws.
I'm not trying to rant I just think our county, and even the city, would be better if we united around a good candidate who is tough on real crime, encouraged citizens to complain about the cops who aren't professional in dealing with the public, and focused hard on getting to know the members of community. Most of the great Deputies recently retired, or are on their way out. Then we're stuck with the crap like this, or the ones like the guy who nearly killed the guy cuffed in the back of car when an acorn fell on his cruiser in Florida. Judging by the arrest of that lady at Macdonalds I could see him possibly getting crazy. Let me know if you have a good suggestions.

A 100lb woman knocked on his window, he with body armor, a gun, a window between them, an armed partner beside him, a taser, and the full extent of the county to protect him, and this "Scared me to death!". This thin skinned coward is a prime example of why unchecked authority needs a fast judicial response. We are all in danger of the police.
Don't forget, he has a dog too!
7:00 What disorderly conduct?? Because she tapped on his window??? Seriously??!!! These Police Are Out of Control.
We as a society need to reign these cops in, this is not what we had in mind for " Serve and Protect ". Edit: the word should be spelled "rein" not "reign".
Most police departments have removed those sayings from their cars after the SCOTUS ruled police have no duty to protect anyone.
'Harass and collect'
They're serving and protecting exactly who they are supposed to. The local prosecutors, the local judges, the local town council and all their friends.
Cops don't exist to protect me and you. They exist to protect them and theirs.
"Serve and protect" is propaganda to get police and government apologists to believe that most of what they do is just. In reality, only like 1% of what cops do satisfies a demand in the marketplace for law enforcement and emergency response. The rest is essentially road piracy. By law the courts have found they only have to serve the state, and protect those in their custody.
Serve and Protect refers to the creating the bond between Congressional, Executive and Judicial branches as a means to protect society.... To be clear, it is never about the private individual citizen
Classic abuser mentality. “Why did you make us do this to you? Couldn’t you have been nicer? You could have handled this better, ma’am.”
That whole exchange was weird. Like we’re not allowed to talk to cops in the public?
How dare this lowly peasant approach a member of the constabulary.

The gaslighting is astounding
When two cops get together and talk privately while at the scene of an incident , they are almost always engaging in 18 USC 241 in order to commit 18 USC 242! Why should cops be issued and mandated to wear body cams if they are able to turn them off at will?

I don't know how it's OK for officers to completely lie about the encounter, and use these lies to make an arrest.
A woman knocks twice on a window and says the officer is a bad driver.

He turned his body cam on when she pulled behind him because he knew she was coming to the door. To pretend he didn't know she was approaching is ridiculous.
Very good point. That timing is important.
I saw this on Lackluster earlier. Glad you're helping her.
A couple things that you didn't mention:
The officer's body cam shows what the officer saw when she approached his cruiser. He was talking to another officer who saw the whole thing. At no point did the other officer seem concerned that she was walking up.
The arresting officer seemed to have seen her approaching out his side window, and he started rolling the window down to talk with her. At no point did he seem startled or in fear of her.
She spent a night in jail for this.
The prosecutor thought there was enough evidence to charge her, and tried to get her to plead guilty.
Her public defender made inappropriate sexual advances to her.
A judge threw out the charges.
The arresting officer should be fired. The other officer who witnessed everything and let her get arrested should be fired. The prosecutor who charged her should be fired.
The ones you mentioned plus the other cop on scene should not only be fired but should be facing many felony charges and many civil rights violations.
Also how he ripped the keys out of Mom's hand and told her to "Stay over there". I loved Mom's response of "I am not your dog."
The cop that arrested her should be charged and fired.
😮
Didn’t Lackluster also say that her public defender started hitting in her?
I'm so glad you got involved with this. You were my first thought of who could help her with her case, because what she went through with these cops, detention center, and appointed attorney was absolutely heinous. I really hope your friend will be able to take it on.

Even if the victim sues and wins one hundred million dollars, nothing will happen to this cop.
But once again the lawyers get a big fat pay day at the tax-payers expense.
I have to wonder if the local legal representatives are encouraging these incidents. There seem to be so many incidents where cops deliberately escalate a small matter until the situation becomes a litigation. The courts and various legal representatives involved must be making a small fortune out of these cases.
You should name and shame the officers involved. Including the fact that it was their bruised ego that has cost the local tax payers such a large tax hike from their pay-checks.
That is a shame shame on the whole office of law or police department what ever they need investigation

Did you ever see Evita? The lyrics that come to mind are: "The actress hasn't learned the lines you'd like to hear!"
If they arrest you keep your mouth shut and ask for a lawyer,
You don't understand. The poor cop only had a gun, a rifle and a dog to protect himself. He was terrified by a little lady knocking on his window, who knows what could have happened?
If you can get arrested for walking up knocking on a police officers window what can't you get arrested for? She was arrested for committing no crime whatsoever. Cop needs criminal charges against him.
Agreed 👍
Right? How are we to get their attention? Ask for help? If this is the truth....never ask them for anything.
@@jerrysockets8154 Yup.
Absolutely
Happens all day everyday, which is why crime stats are total bullshyt. They arrest whomever they want, whenever they want, even when no crime is committed.
Hes got a dog blocking his view well we would get a ticket for that im so over cops and politicians thinking they dont have to follow the law! When he said send me another unit he already knew he was taking her to jail. Sickening 😡
Malicious Prosecution is a Federal Felony.
Reckless driving is a threat to the Public and that boy cop have committed multiple Federal Crimes and Felonies.
Imagine a world where the cop just apologized and went on with his day...😮
Unfortunately, the police never admit to any wrongdoings. Never. Ever.
Or how about politicians that don't encourage you to beat up your fellow man. FTBL. 🤮
Like that would ever happen.
Right? "I apologize for that. If you have time to wait we can talk further after I help this other deputy with his situation. If you dont have time heres my card. We can set up a time to talk aboit it and I can show you how to make a formal complaint if you wish. Now excuse me while i help the other deputy"
Their ego don't allow it. I'm A COP! You're the peasant we keep in line. How dare YOU tell ME what to do? How dare you even approach me.
Accountability and transparency are kryptonite to bad cops.
And apparently just as rare.
The rest are too worried about their pay checks to do anything decent.
In Kentucky, toothpaste and deodorant are also kryptonite to the cops.
😂@@richwightman3044
Honesty, Integrity, Transparency, Professionalism, Accountability, and Respect, are ALL Foreign Concepts to bad cops!
That is the most dishonerable display of someone that took the oath to serve and protect his bulling. The other officers did not stop this which you know they should had.
That lady is such a badass. The amount of composure she has while fully knowing and standing for her rights is admirable. I don't know if i could do it.
I was told by a deputy chief of police in Crystal Lake, Illinois, that I would be charged with harassment and stalking if I approached one of his officers. Who do these people think they are, we can’t even look at them without them, trying to charge us with something.
They think they're our masters.
How on earth do you get their attention if you need help! Menacing?? Harassment?? Aren’t they being paid to serve the community? Then they tried to tow her car as further punishment, but the other cop wasn’t in on the scam and handed the keys to the mother!
"Armchair violence", among others, have done good videos about the poisonous "sheepdog" Marxist mentality / doctrine
Roger Scruton opined, along with Whittaker Chambers and others, correctly, "marxism is the assumption of personal moral superiority".
And it's no coincidence the ADL etc teach the "kneel on people" techniques
@michaelherring7210 no that's wrong. Go look at the Lackluster's post. It shows him being very mean to her mother yelling at her and snatching the keys from her hand.
Send backup! 90 lbs woman in an EV...
The public has had enough of these crooks with badges!
Love how the second Deputy claims that he doesn't like taking her Freedom away, what a Joker. A true Tyrant !
Especially the way he spoke to her mother. Like she was a dog, he’s trash.
Yes, he's a liar and was just putting on an act to get her to recant.
He was only looking after himself when the lawsuit comes.
I gave her $10 for her legal defense. I can't wait for the depositions of these idiots! That in itself is worth $10! You didn't even mention the sexual harassment she had to endure!
Indeed. TCRL has put some of these up on his channel too, I especially like the depositions where the cops just flat-out lie because they think they deleted the recordings made by the people they mistreated, but they failed!
Public pretenders are on the same "team" as the piggeRs and cross dressers in black bath robes!
I can understand the officer was startled by how she approached his blind side, but everything he did was retaliatory and he needs fired for his overreaction.
She should sue for false arrest, and laying on arrest paperwork.
I cannot count how many times I have seen a cop lie about what happened while referring to the fact that it is on video. My god.
One wonders about his honesty or lack of it when there are no cameras running
i can kind of count, EVERYTIME !
He even admitted in the beginning that he cut her off and didn't use his blinker. Is he going to get a ticket for even that? Never mind all the constitutional rights violations. They won't do anything to this punk
He admitted more than that. He admitted that he could not see to safely change lanes but did it anyways. He admitted to failing to signal. I'm curious if he crossed one or more solid white lines.
@@frotobaggins7169 all that I heard was he crossed two lanes. Lack Luster has a reenactment on his coverage of this. I may go back and check
@@marklindsey579 Thank you, yes, I saw LL yester day. I was so upset after watching his video that I had to fast forward though this one, I just couldn't watch it again. When that officer is copsplaining to her and making her admit she was wrong was infuriating. I wanted her to say, just take me to jail if that's what you're going to do. I did go back and watch LL again to see but his re enactment is just a photo of lanes with some crazy police car, looks kind of like a hotwheels, crossing lanes.
It makes me feel so safe that most cops are willing to lie to make an arrest. I used to support the cops but I’ve changed my mind.
She walks away first. Then she asks if she is under arrest and he said "No." That was the moment to start remaining silent. The officer just wanted the last word.
we have TOO many laws that are nebulous and unjust.. we don't have a free country; we have a police state.
“Did you really think we want those laws observed?" said Dr. Ferris. "We want them to be broken. You'd better get it straight, that it's not a bunch of boy scouts you're up against... We're after power and we mean it. There's no way to rule innocent men. The only power any government has is the power to crack down on criminals. Well, when there aren't enough criminals, one makes them. One declares so many things to be a crime that it becomes impossible for men to live without breaking laws. Who wants a nation of law-abiding citizens? What's there in that for anyone? But just pass the kind of laws that can neither be observed nor enforced, or objectively interpreted - and you create a nation of law-breakers - and then you cash in on guilt. Now that's the system, Mr. Reardon, that's the game, and once you understand it, you'll be much easier to deal with.”

Nebulous By design.
Cop :When she knocked on my window I thought it was all over for me, in my head I said goodbye to to kids and got ready to meet the Creator. I don't know where I got the strength to come out of my car to fight for my life and detain this dark evil force.
We could free our country from this by ending the drug war, if we did it would take so much money and justification away from abusive law enforcement. The drug war funds these buffoons to go on these fishing trips and harass people looking for crimes. If you've ever had something stolen or been a victim of crime you get to see just how important that crime is, they couldn't care less about your stolen dirt bike. All while there's countless cops out on the road pulling over random cars looking for drugs and money to confiscate and people to imprison. Yet when your dortbike is stolen it takes them 5 hours to when show up and then it's one cop just to file a report not to investigate. If only cops could profit from finding the dirt bike... yet 5 cops are gonna show up if someone's tag light is out.
So wild. Travis Heinze was just arrested out there a couple of hours ago as well.
Something else I missed was Croft demanded a DL, insurance, and registration for "disorderly." A non traffic offense.
Also. Watch his attitude after he sees the back of her car and the BLUE LIVES MURDER sticker.
Goes from might lock up, to give me your papers and arrest. I think it's the sticker too!
I was wondering about that
Travis, again? Poor man; if anyone can testify the US is nothing more than a covert dictatorship that is Travis...
@@C.scott8to get an actual charge to stick rather than his trumped up bruised ego "disorderly conduct" crap charge.
Nothing she did had anything to do with a traffic stop or her vehicle. The fact that they were trying to tow it instead of letting her mother take it shows that the cop was 100% just trying to punish her.
That's a public servent that needs to be fired and have his license revoked.
When all else fails, scream, disorderly conduct, and then that gives them the right to do whatever they want.
Saw this yesterday. Ridiculous. And yet infuriating.
And can we also discuss how Deputy Croft was too wrapped up in his "authoritah" to even park his cruiser correctly, but stopped it in the driving lane of the McDonalds to have his tet'e'tet with the other deputy, with out regard as to how he might disrupt traffic of a legitimate business?
It’s these small, rude things like where he parked that really infuriates people. This is not including the poor lady he illegally arrested for being butt-hurt. This was not a traffic stop either, regardless of the officer’s lies.
I don't know how it could be a traffic stop when he clearly said that he didn't see her when he cut her off and didn't see her approach him. If that's true then he didn't see her driving and she is now on private property. For all he knows her mother could have been driving. If we are to believe his story.
I now have to tell my kids, DO NOT ever approach a cop even if you need help, find someone else like a mom or someone with kids. Cops are scared of their shadows and its insane.
You sound like a defund the police kind of person. Look at it from an alpha personality standpoint. I won't walk up on someone and knock on their window, unless I'm ready to fight. So......
@@mikefox7720 Having an "Alpha personality" shouldn't preclude common sense, compassion, or a healthy ego. Let's not make excuses for an illegal arrest and violation of our civil rights by suggesting that this cop is responding with any sort of logic or reason. This cop was responding with pure emotional immaturity.
@@mikefox7720you ain’t alpha bro

Extremely weak minded cop… He should do something else
She told the cop's collegue he took my id. Then the collegue replied "its state property relax!"
So something we paid for and waited in line for because its our personal constitutionally protected identity doesnt belong to us?
Violated her 4th amendment on camera and snatched her id thats battery this is digusting and he needs jail not to be a peace officer who enforces law . 😡😡😡😡😡😡
Since cops all over the country knock on drivers' windows, that behavior is acknowledged to be legal and proper. And if it is not--then a lot of cops are going to be up on charges.
Rules for thee and not for me! Says every cop
Knocking on his window caused him fear. Truly pathetic.
If those officers were truly that scared of this little 100-pound woman, they need to turn in their badges, because it is extremely dangerous to have cowards carrying a badge and gun.
How many videos is it gong to take?
It's plain as day that law enforcement is systemically flawed and causing great harm.
Send this to your State Law makers.
It’s a business, as long as they are making more money than they are paying in settlements then nothing will change.

What are we going to do with all those millions of illegal aliens pouring across our borders?
What are we going to do about all the J6 prisoners rotting in that Federal prison?
@@HarrisonCountyStudioDo you really think they care?

What do you suggest we do about all the J6 prisoners and the millions of illegal aliens pouring across out borders?
They shouldnt be allowed to mute and turn off body cam. Why is that even allowed ?????
My God a prosecutor didn't immediately drop the charges!?!? WOW
Cops can demand your car registration and insurance when investigating any crime even if it didn't involve your vehicle?
