Totally - in an old job of mine, a few decades ago, I met a cop who was acquitted for...killing a swat team member and injuring a couple others. They did a no knock warrant on the wrong house, shined lights in his face so he couldn't ever see who they were, and screamed "Police!". He killed one and hit 2 others before he could even process that they were real police.
His defense showed hundreds of robberies in the last couple years in the same city where the robbers did the same thing. Some of the police on the swat team and the defendant officer had even been the arresting officers in those cases.

Somebody needs to inform the dispatchers that "suspicion" is not a crime !!!
And hire psychologically tested cops !!!

I used to work security. This guard is a liability. He can not be bothered to learn the proper name for the location he is at. He calls in a...nothing for some reason to 911, who throw him over to non emergency rather fast. He wants to stay anonymous? Really dud? What, like we can not figure out what guard was on duty that night. Pathetic security.

    1) Security guard needs to be fired asap
    2) the cop knows they’re minors, and just does a kidnapping anyway. No warning, no nothing. Just attacks him in the dark and expects him to comply right away.
Both of these people are very dangerous

@@thecivilrightslawyerI will ask you this question as a Québec (Canada) lawyer. Under civil law, is the security gard (personally), security service and complex owner are liable for the call? Do they also have a kind of qualified immunity? Here we might not win, but I yould have a case againt them and not be acused of abusive lawsuit.
