I'm 24 and I'm soo grateful and happy to have discovered your channel! It helps me a lot while I'm finally stepping on my way to regular and pleasant movement and learning to not feel ashamed for not enjoying and not being able to do very high intensity workouts. This workout is perfect! I've been looking for something easy and gentle to do in the evenings, that won't make me all hot and sweaty before bed. So many "beginner" workouts are NOT designed for beginners at all, lol. As a woman going through menopause, the last thing I want is to get overheated in the evening and then not be able to sleep. This workout was just right. Enough to get my heartrate up and make me feel stretched and limber, but not all hot and sweaty and unable to cool off before bed. Thank you!

Thanks for the suggestion. I kind of feel some people might find the beep irritating since the timer is there to let people know when to change. But, I will definitely watch for more feedback and can add it if more people say they'd appreciate having it.

I thoroughly enjoyed it and was lucky enough to stay with a family of a backpacker I met on my travels. She was still travelling and they couldn't speak English so it was an interesting stay:) Anyway, thanks so much for your feedback on the videos. When it comes to my gentle workouts, I definitely design the moves to be less complicated so it makes the workout to be manageable.

Thank you Jules. The was a nice way to finish after the snow shovelling this morning. I used my 1.5lb soft hand weights and it ended up being a full body workout with both the snow and the Gentle Walk.
It was meant to be that a gentle workout went up today with the snow arriving:)😉

After being very passive for long 4 years (losing muscles and strength, gaining several kilos) I am back to exercise and I love these short workouts! 10 minutes is easier to find in the schedule and easier to do exercise without thinking "Oh no, today I am too tired!"

23, 10 2023 Hi Jules, it's 23:10 at night, and I managed to persuade myself to do some extremely light exercise, so I did the lazy one and yours this gentle walk. I love these because I not only feel sluggish it is worse. But with a toothache I am glad I managed a little. I showed up for my few minutes exercise. Good night

We follow the same schedule as the US...always takes a little while to get adjusted even though it's only an hour.

That was REALLY nice. It was 11:30 pm and I didn't want to skip this day. I did some gentle moving and stretching for 10 minutes and then moved on with this walk. It was fun, the pace was great and if I didn't want to go to sleep, I would repeat it. Thank you! ❤

I love it!!! got my heart rate up, and I could use my 5 lbs weights during the whole exercise... I love it.. It is working every part of my body, and I can feel it. now I can exercise with this everyday, not being concerned about skipping. It's an easy 10 minute routine that I can add to my daily activities. Thank You 🥰🥰👍

Did this today after strength training. I did it with 2lb weights and it's fantastic. The difference u feel with bit weight. It's a real feel good one this. Xxxx

I am a big fan of your workouts. You are uplifting and encouraging, and there is such a positive feel to every workout. I feel great at the end too. I have appreciated all the aspects of exercise you offer, cardio, weights, balance and flexibility. I generally have done your intermediate workouts, but currently am recovering from an illness that took me by surprise. This gentle workout was just right for relieving some of the stiffness of my back for being in bed so long and get my body moving without overdoing it. Thanks for your big heart in sharing what you love to help others. I am grateful to you. By the way your daughter was darling in your 2023 family Christmas exercise video. Loved it, but no way could do her level of exercise this year - maybe next - perhaps I'll just stick with what you do.😉

7, 05 2023 Hi Jules, I am working on finding out the reason or reasons of my lack of energy I have some ideas but will go on. I came back to this gentle walk this is all I could do today, but I would rather do something gentle and easy than nothing. That only should happen when it is the worst. Thank you for all your encouraging thoughts to spur me on. They work!

Great tip to add 1 or 2 lb weights. I used 2 throughout and it mad the workout more valuable to me. Did this after the level 2 floor (core) video.
Lots of ways to get what we each need out of a workout.
LOVED IT! I tend to not want to exercise on weekends, so I make myself do atleast 2 of your 10 minute sessions. This one was so nice!

21, 10 2023 Hi Jules, I kept in mind your advice and I managed to exercise 17 minutes today, I did another girl's 6 minutes lazy workout and your gentle walk.

This was lovely this evening Jules but I did it with exaggerated movements and slightly faster and boy did I work up a sweat and feel great afterwards!
My mission since Phase 2 Day 1 has been to complete 10,000+ daily.
I nearly always manage it and each day is a new day to challenge myself again.

I'll be 75 this May and have 3 cancers, 2 in remission. Just needed a get-up-and-move gentle exercise since I retired last year. All of your 10 minute videos are great and I am up to almost 20 minutes a day although still can only do 5-6 min at a go. Started off slowly so that I wouldn't quit, lol. Thanks for your videos!
