This might sound weird, but I’m 17 and I feel so good after following along with this video. I was sick for more than 7 months. I used to get little to no movement throughout my whole day and I really appreciate this workout. It’s helping me!

I am 81 years, with osteo artritis, and going to physical therapy. I just started watching your video today, 1/8/24. Although I have to stop every 45-60 seconds, I get right back up and go to the end of this video which I will be walking every day. Amazingly, I seem to stand just a bit better, and I can move my legs much better than when I am doing exercises. I have made a promise to myself that I will eventually go through this entire video without having ot rest, and then on to your long videos. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU.

I took my down syndrom bro out of his group home last year to protect him from covid. He has poor balance and we have been doing this for a week now. He is doing very well. 73 here. Have hip issues and overweight. Walking is difficult because of the hip. You popped up on my You Tube feed and I decided to try it because of your mom sitting ing the chair. I'm doing the 10 min for beginner seniors and the 5 min one in the evening. Thank you. I think this is something I can continue.

keep it up.I am 70 and was overweight and in a wheelchair at the age of 43 because of knees and I started exercising just using my upper body.and slowly the weight came off but the biggest thing is you feel good. (i've had 3 surgeries on my knees and doing great.YOU CAN DO THIS. may the Lord strengthen you in your difficult times.
I jut discovered this video. It’s perfect for this 86 year old, 288 lb couch potato with afib and lymphedema. I did 1-1/2 minutes yesterday and 3-1/2 minutes today. I also just started doing the rebounder again for 3 minutes in the morning. I’ll add a little more to it as I go along. Thanks so much!!

I want to thank you. My husband has Alzheimer's Disease and due to inactivity he is developing diabetes. I could not get him to walk with me. For the last week, though, he is willingly doing this video with me. I am grateful for the calming music and your pleasant way of doing this walking video. Just found this yesterday. I'm a 62 year old couch potato with an office job where I sit all day. I never do sport and am overweight. So I did the warm-up routine and this 10-Minute Indoor Walking Workout today for the first time. I really had difficulties with coordinating legs and arms. It's pathetic. 🤣 But I'm resolved to do this for at least two weeks, just to see how effective it is for me. I really like how calm this routine is. It's challenging but not stressful. My muscles are nice and warm but they don't ache. Thank you for this inspiration!

I did my 1st 10 min exercise with you and mom. I didn't do the stretches, but I managed to get through the whole 10 minutes. AND, TY for reminding us to breath because I kept forgetting to do that. I'm 34 but this is great for me right now. I'm almost 10 most postpartum of my second and it's really hot in Texas so we can't go outside and walk I really enjoy these workouts. My 2-year-old does them with me sometimes too and today I even did it while carrying my almost 10-month-old on my back.

My Grandma is 78 yrs old. She barely excercise. When I showed this to her she gets motivated and do this every night. I recommend this to all the elders.

I am sooooooooooooo glad I found you guys. I am a 65 year old woman who has been overweight on and off for most of my adult life, in December of 2021 I had a lung lobe removed due a node that was growing. followed by 4 rounds of chemo every three weeks and one year of immunotherapy which I am just about finished with. I was very sick with the chemo and lost 40 pounds during the treatments. I feel pretty good and with missing a large chunk of my lung I need to keep the weight off and hopefully take off a bit more. I've been urged by my Pathologist and Oncologist to do some exercising. I love your videos, the are easy for a very uncoordinated person such as myself and I feel great being able to follow somewhere in between your mother (who is amazing) and you. Thank you so much for creating these workouts. I've recommended them to my friends. My only wish is that you would include a longer warmup/cool down segment with each, going back and forth between others is a bit clunky. But again, I thank you, my body thanks you, my husband thanks you and my children thank you.

You made me smile today! I'm only in my 20s but I'm unfit and trying to change that. Exercise usually leaves me struggling, exhausted and demotivated. I don't have a single athletic bone in my body so I've always struggled to stick to any type of exercise, but for the first time, I've found something I think I can genuinely do every day. Most "beginner" workouts are very fast-paced, complex and impact-heavy, they always assume that the person working out is already fit! It completely beats the purpose of a beginner workout. So thankful I (77 yrs. old) found your video on UA-cam this morning. We are in the 15th month of lockdown due to COVID - not even allowed to walk in the hallways of our building. I found myself getting rather lethargic and heading back to bed after breakfast & sleeping too much!!! After watching your mother, I am now so inspired! Rather than heading back to bed, I made it instead, did my exercises along with you and your sweet mother, made my bed, cleaned out the fridge, etc. I feel so much better now and will be incorporating more of your videos on a daily basis. I am so glad I found you ladies. I am 63 years old. I was a Walker for life until I got a pinched hip. Finding you ladies help me to get back on my feet and start out slow and light. It do sounds good to do it twice in 1 day. I will try that and do this 3 times a week. Start at losing my weight so well, but then the pinched hip. I’m an 82 year old with arthritis in my shoulder, knees and hips. I love this walking exercise and when it gets a little too much for me I just stand still for a minute then I start again. Just love it. ❤

About 3 months ago I twisted my ankle and damaged all the tendons on the side of my foot. At my age 76, it has taken a long time for the swelling and pain to reduce, and I found I had lost my coordination (I had developed a limp) and strength when I tried to return to my daily walks. Because of the winter weather here in England, I found it impossible to walk regularly. Thank you so much for this, even after a short time I can feel an enormous improvement, my limp has gone and my legs feel stronger.

Yesterday was day 3 of Covid. Needed to do something to feel better about life. So I did your five minute walk in the morning and this ten minute walk in the afternoon. ( your first walking session). Coughing slowed me down a bit….. but I did them. And feel much better this morning. So thank you ladies! And so glad you’re my exercise buddies. 🥰❤️😻

Just did this with my 76 year old mum. She couldn't really follow along with some movements exactly, but it is the constant marching pace, limb motions and stretching that is the whole point of this. I just told her to march in place and swing her arms normally if she couldn't copy the movements, and slowly try to catch up with the next movement set. With a video like this, it becomes less of an exercise session activity, but more of a watch along video and copy what you see activity. Thank you for this.

I am so glad that I found your video. I am 77 and I try to walk about 3,000 steps per day, but now that it is getting cold, I can do this indoors, 3 separate times during the day. I love the pace. You and your mom are so cute together.❤️

Thanks for this amazing video. I’m recovering from a brain bleed, severe blood infection and a 30 day hospital stay in January of last year. This is the first exercise video I have found that I can do without worrying about my balance and my knees and hips. Love it.

Having done aerobics, yoga, ballet, running, etc in the past, and then having several injuries & surgeries, I'm now an elderly weakling. I keep looking for elder exercises, but so much of them are a bit too hard for me now as I have restrictions on ROM plus strength issues. This looks perfect for me! Know it’s been about 4 years since you posted this workout, I’m 76…had polio in leg and arm as a toddler so weakness was always there. Seems like all of a sudden real weakness reared the ugly head, searched for weeks to find the perfect strength exercises but low impact that I could do…..as I get stronger will graduate to another 15 or 20 minute workout. I'm in my 40's and overweight. I work desk job so barely get any steps in during the day. I recently started losing weight, however, I have also recently noticed that my mobility has decreased significantly. My hips especially have started giving me trouble. I came across your video last week. Sadly, only halfway through, I was ALREADY needing to take a break. WOW! Was that a wakeup call!! I have been doing your 10 min video (hoping to work my way up as I go), at my desk and at home, for the past week. I started at 1 per day, currently at least 3, and I am already starting to move easier, experience less pain and follow along a LOT easier each session. I am so thankful for what you do! I found your videos recently. I have arthritis in multiple joints and pain and mobility issues are my constant companions. I don't need to be told that the best thing I can do is keep moving but finding something suitable at my pace has been challenging. Your 10 min walk video has really helped....thank you. I'm 63 years old grandma. Since I got my drivers license about 37 years ago, I stop taking a walk. I live in Arizona and during the summer it's too hot to take a walk outside. This UA-cam is perfect for me, thank you very much.

I have nerve damage from a botched hip replacement several years ago and have only been doing seated workouts for a while due to balance issues and muscle weakness. I am about to begin some new therapy for the secondary issues that have developed from the initial injury in order to begin the fight to get back to walking and standing exercise. I just did this work out for the first time. It was tough but I got through it and feel great. You guys will most certainly be part of my efforts to regain mobility! Thank you!

I am 81 years, with osteo artritis, and going to physical therapy. I just started watching your video today, 1/8/24. Although I have to stop every 45-60 seconds, I get right back up and go to the end of this video which I will be walking every day. Amazingly, I seem to stand just a bit better, and I can move my legs much better than when I am doing exercises. I have made a promise to myself that I will eventually go through this entire video without having ot rest, and then on to your long videos. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU.

73 here. Have hip issues and overweight. Walking is difficult because of the hip. You popped up on my You Tube feed and I decided to try it because of your mom sitting ing the chair. I'm doing the 10 min for beginner seniors and the 5 min one in the evening. Thank you. I think this is something I can continue.

keep it up.I am 70 and was overweight and in a wheelchair at the age of 43 because of knees and I started exercising just using my upper body.and slowly the weight came off but the biggest thing is you feel good. (i've had 3 surgeries on my knees and doing great.YOU CAN DO THIS. may the Lord strengthen you in your difficult times.
I jut discovered this video. It’s perfect for this 86 year old, 288 lb couch potato with afib and lymphedema. I did 1-1/2 minutes yesterday and 3-1/2 minutes today. I also just started doing the rebounder again for 3 minutes in the morning. I’ll add a little more to it as I go along. Thanks so much!!

I want to thank you. My husband has Alzheimer's Disease and due to inactivity he is developing diabetes. I could not get him to walk with me. For the last week, though, he is willingly doing this video with me. I am grateful for the calming music and your pleasant way of doing this walking video. Just found this yesterday. I'm a 62 year old couch potato with an office job where I sit all day. I never do sport and am overweight. So I did the warm-up routine and this 10-Minute Indoor Walking Workout today for the first time. I really had difficulties with coordinating legs and arms. It's pathetic. 🤣 But I'm resolved to do this for at least two weeks, just to see how effective it is for me.
I really like how calm this routine is. It's challenging but not stressful. My muscles are nice and warm but they don't ache.

I did my 1st 10 min exercise with you and mom. I didn't do the stretches, but I managed to get through the whole 10 minutes. AND, TY for reminding us to breath because I kept forgetting to do that. I'm finally found one of your UA-cams that I could stream to the TV so I plan on doing this one with you everyday. TY. We'll see how my knees hold and and hoping to lose weight. 75 and 248#s

I'm 34 but this is great for me right now. I'm almost 10 most postpartum of my second and it's really hot in Texas so we can't go outside and walk I really enjoy these workouts. My 2-year-old does them with me sometimes too and today I even did it while carrying my almost 10-month-old on my back.

My Grandma is 78 yrs old. She barely excercise. When I showed this to her she gets motivated and do this every night. I recommend this to all the elders.

I am sooooooooooooo glad I found you guys. I am a 65 year old woman who has been overweight on and off for most of my adult life, in December of 2021 I had a lung lobe removed due a node that was growing. followed by 4 rounds of chemo every three weeks and one year of immunotherapy which I am just about finished with. I was very sick with the chemo and lost 40 pounds during the treatments. I feel pretty good and with missing a large chunk of my lung I need to keep the weight off and hopefully take off a bit more. I've been urged by my Pathologist and Oncologist to do some exercising. I love your videos, the are easy for a very uncoordinated person such as myself and I feel great being able to follow somewhere in between your mother (who is amazing) and you. Thank you so much for creating these workouts. I've recommended them to my friends. My only wish is that you would include a longer warmup/cool down segment with each, going back and forth between others is a bit clunky. But again, I thank you, my body thanks you, my husband thanks you and my children thank you.

You made me smile today! I'm only in my 20s but I'm unfit and trying to change that. Exercise usually leaves me struggling, exhausted and demotivated. I don't have a single athletic bone in my body so I've always struggled to stick to any type of exercise, but for the first time, I've found something I think I can genuinely do every day. Most "beginner" workouts are very fast-paced, complex and impact-heavy, they always assume that the person working out is already fit! It completely beats the purpose of a beginner workout. This is the first time I've found a TRUE beginner workout, thank you!

It's a pleasure to watch both of you and the wonderful relationship you have, it reminds me of how I exercised and enjoyed the company of my beloved mom who passed last year at 92 yrs. So thankful I (77 yrs. old) found your video on UA-cam this morning. We are in the 15th month of lockdown due to COVID - not even allowed to walk in the hallways of our building. I found myself getting rather lethargic and heading back to bed after breakfast & sleeping too much!!! After watching your mother, I am now so inspired! Rather than heading back to bed, I made it instead, did my exercises along with you and your sweet mother, made my bed, cleaned out the fridge, etc. I feel so much better now and will be incorporating more of your videos on a daily basis. I am so glad I found you ladies. I am 63 years old. I was a Walker for life until I got a pinched hip. Finding you ladies help me to get back on my feet and start out slow and light. It do sounds good to do it twice in 1 day. I will try that and do this 3 times a week. Start at losing my weight so well, but then the pinched hip. About 3 months ago I twisted my ankle and damaged all the tendons on the side of my foot. At my age 76, it has taken a long time for the swelling and pain to reduce, and I found I had lost my coordination (I had developed a limp) and strength when I tried to return to my daily walks. Because of the winter weather here in England, I found it impossible to walk regularly. Thank you so much for this, even after a short time I can feel an enormous improvement, my limp has gone and my legs feel stronger.

Yesterday was day 3 of Covid. Needed to do something to feel better about life. So I did your five minute walk in the morning and this ten minute walk in the afternoon. ( your first walking session). I have been exercising with your workout and it find it more enjoyable than anything else I have done. It is comforting to see you work with your lovely Mom who allows those of us up in years not to be intimidated by young, strong trainers. No matter what age, it is great to be able to move even if it is a little less strenuous and slower than most people. I thank you for creating a gem for all of us seniors. Just did this with my 76 year old mum. She couldn't really follow along with some movements exactly, but it is the constant marching pace, limb motions and stretching that is the whole point of this. I just told her to march in place and swing her arms normally if she couldn't copy the movements, and slowly try to catch up with the next movement set. With a video like this, it becomes less of an exercise session activity, but more of a watch along video and copy what you see activity. Thank you for this.

I am so glad that I found your video. I am 77 and I try to walk about 3,000 steps per day, but now that it is getting cold, I can do this indoors, 3 separate times during the day. I love the pace. You and your mom are so cute together.❤️

Thanks for this amazing video. I’m recovering from a brain bleed, severe blood infection and a 30 day hospital stay in January of last year. This is the first exercise video I have found that I can do without worrying about my balance and my knees and hips. Love it.

Having done aerobics, yoga, ballet, running, etc in the past, and then having several injuries & surgeries, I'm now an elderly weakling. I keep looking for elder exercises, but so much of them are a bit too hard for me now as I have restrictions on ROM plus strength issues. This looks perfect for me! Know it’s been about 4 years since you posted this workout, I’m 76…had polio in leg and arm as a toddler so weakness was always there. Seems like all of a sudden real weakness reared the ugly head, searched for weeks to find the perfect strength exercises but low impact that I could do…..as I get stronger will graduate to another 15 or 20 minute workout. Your mom is a hoot😊😊😊 l

I'm in my 40's and overweight. I work desk job so barely get any steps in during the day. I recently started losing weight, however, I have also recently noticed that my mobility has decreased significantly. My hips especially have started giving me trouble. I came across your video last week. Sadly, only halfway through, I was ALREADY needing to take a break. WOW! Was that a wakeup call!! I have been doing your 10 min video (hoping to work my way up as I go), at my desk and at home, for the past week. I started at 1 per day, currently at least 3, and I am already starting to move easier, experience less pain and follow along a LOT easier each session. I am so thankful for what you do! I just wanted to say a quick THANK YOU!!!

I found your videos recently. I have arthritis in multiple joints and pain and mobility issues are my constant companions. I don't need to be told that the best thing I can do is keep moving but finding something suitable at my pace has been challenging. Your 10 min walk video has really helped....thank you. When I struggle I focus on your Mum...if she can do it then I can do it! 😊

I have nerve damage from a botched hip replacement several years ago and have only been doing seated workouts for a while due to balance issues and muscle weakness. I am about to begin some new therapy for the secondary issues that have developed from the initial injury in order to begin the fight to get back to walking and standing exercise. I just did this work out for the first time. It was tough but I got through it and feel great. You guys will most certainly be part of my efforts to regain mobility! Thank you!
