Thank you for being here for myself 68 and for my mother who I make do your videos who is 91. It is just about what she can do. We have showed her doctor your videos and he says by all means keep her moving and these short 10 - 15 min workouts are just great for her. She was unable to walk and in a wheelchair for a long, long time. Through her doing your 10 - 15 min videos for seniors I am glad to annoucnce that she is still 91 but she is actually walking (with a cane) but it has eased up her pain and made her mobile somewhat once again. Thank you to you!!! We have even cut back on some of the STRONG meds she was taking which were making her stay out of her mind! She is still in pain, I kid you not, but we have cut back ALOT on the heavy, heavy meds.

I have been joining all your session almost every day and for two years I was able to.maintain my blood pressure on normal and weight 61lbs to 64lbs. with proper diet observance. Perfect workout after rip replacement surgery three weeks ago. No twisting, no jumping, no strenuous moves. Got my blood pumping and it incorporated what my PT told me to do. March, ham curls, side taps, etc.. thank you for a great way to get me back into the groove!

I'm 77 and have a lot of problems in my lumbar which causes a lot of pain, but I'm getting good results with the stretching series. Thks a lot for your generosity in sharing your experience with us. We did this one this evening with our 1 lb weights; I went slower and modified the walking with side-to-side steps. It worked our pretty good, but I’m not ready for standing exercises for longer than 10 mins yet; baby steps!
I'm the one with PAD and walking is a Rx. Yours are my top faves because it's simple, no fancy stuff and you pick good music, not silly stuff and I love how you don't talk. Thank you for sharing your talent with us

I have followed you for quite some time now. The past year and more I have been out of the exercise loop due to knee issues. I had a knee revision last June. I am finally able to move about enough to start again. I began yesterday with this one and followed through again today. I am so looking forward to increasing my time and ability over the next few weeks Thanks again for your wonderful, helpful videos.

I love your 10 minute workouts, I ( 56) recently started having issues with my legs due to lumbar issues and arthritis and these workouts are perfect! I can stop several times a day to do them and it does so much for my mental health as well as my physical health. Thank You for your program, I just love to work out with you, God Bless You!!
Love these short ones! I've been doing every other day, with one day being stretches only, next day, exercise, stationary bike ride and stretches. So on those days it's nice to get a short exercise in. Today was a total of 45 minutes and it's only 6:30! Thank you so much! Becky

1:48 pm 9/22/23 Just loved this short exercise video! Love the no words and joyful leadership you give. I still feel safest at 3/4 speed (pushing 80 and have been on again off again with exercise), but still find it a great work-out. Thanks for sharing these.
Thank you for your very kind comment, Kathryn. I'm glad you are going at the pace that feels right for you. This is a 'beginner level' workout which is a little bit faster than the 'gentle level' workouts. If you prefer to slow the pace down a little, you might enjoy the 'gentle level' workouts more. Regardless, I'm glad you're enjoying the variety and making them work for what you need.
I do at least 3 of your gentle work outs per day and I like a hundred time better than a single 30 minutes workout, thank you for providing this to us, it's precious help ❤

Day 90! 2:3 ✅️ This was a lovely workout after the first one! Decorating involves lots of standing in one spot and stretching and bending for hours at a time and definitely not as much fun as exercising with you Jules! But needs must! 😊

I love that you offer some shorter ones like these. It helps when I'm doing 2 workouts a day and want the 2 shorter ones to add up to a longer one.

This was a lovely workout after the first one!
Decorating involves lots of standing in one spot and stretching and bending for hours at a time and definitely not as much fun as exercising with you Jules!
But needs must! 😊
I'm sure your legs and feet must get sore standing so long each day. I'm glad to read that you enjoy these exercises more:)
We did this one again as our final workout of the week. We added our 1 lb weights. It turned out to be quite a good little workout!!

We decided on this one for this evening. Housework all day today, and Rex worked on our little garden space today, so all in all we got in plenty of exercise today, I think.
As I look out the window at piles and piles (and piles!) of snow, I love the thought of working in a garden! We're off downhill skiing shortly so I guess the snow has some good points, though:)
