- This quick 15 minute no talking, low impact cardio walk at home workout is straight up cardio, with no squats, jumping or floor work. If you're used to working out with 'Improved Health', this is considered an intermediate level workout. Total step count today is 1830 steps.

I love these videos. Best exercise routines ever. They’re easy steps and I like that the routine changes as you move along. If I have any issue with a movement, I just make my own way to proceed and then just keep going. I started your videos this past March and have been using it every day since then. I feel lighter and stronger. My energy is up and my sleep is great. I feel like you’re my personal trainer. Your quotes are very inspiring and thoughtful. Keep up the great work. Hi Jules, I did this as a warm up (and because I love it!), followed by a 10 minute weight workout and a floor stretching one. They were all so good and I feel great! Thank you!

Une autre belle semaine passée en votre compagnie Jules, cette semaine j'ai fais de petit 15 minutes à chaque jour parce que je gardais mon cinquième petit enfant, mon beau petit Henri il a un an. Les parents étaient au travail à l'extérieur de la ville. Alors le reste des mon cardio s'est passé à jouer avec lui et à courir derrière lui parce qu'il commence à marcher et veut tout découvrir. Absolutely love this workout. I do this throughout my day when I am sitting too much working on my computer.. I set an alarm when it is time to get up and move, and this is the workout that I put on!
