Looks like I was right about the 45 code. Gonna have to buy that dwell meter. Bought a $40 Harvor Freight visual tachometer, pretty pointless. Not getting any readings from it except once accidentally.
So did this or the Code 21 repair help your meg's? I'm getting bad mpg since buying this thing. Around 10-12mpg I think. Gonna try this and then see about doing the 21 adjustments you showed in the other video.
Really didn't realize how much these errors are all electrical related. Always though I needed to adjust mixture and idle screws, which I can't even reach with all the cobweb emissions and other crap in front of the carb.
