I've switched to low-carb protein tortillas. They taste almost like flour

I like the taste of corn tortillas better, although heating them up before eating them is mandatory (Unlike flour, which is less fussy IMO). So I'll normally put all hot ingredients inside the same container as the tortillas so I can re-heat the whole serving at once, then add the cold ingredients after.
Depends on the type of tacos I’m eating
Did anyone travel to/see the eclipse? 🌒 I saw full totality in Vermont and think it might be the coolest thing I've ever seen (I had no idea what to expect).

201 grams chicken. I meal prep chicken fajita bowls weekly. Served with riced cauliflower and avocado. Great lunch.
I make fajita bowls as well and make "guacamole " (minced garlic, crushed red pepper and a pinch of sea salt).
I'm on OMAD and was looking for a high protein meal. I made this tonight but was out of paprika. It did not matter. This was SO good.

If doing thighs, you can let the meat “over” cook. Dark meat actually becomes much juicier and tastier at around 180-190 vs 165 for breasts
Please make a beef pasta recipe with marinara or tomato sauce
