I hate cottage cheese but ever since finding out about this a while ago (from someone else) I've loved it and eat it almost every day. I do one egg, half a cup of egg whites, and half a cup of cottage cheese to keep it lower calorie but still high protein. I also like zucchini and onion in it. It does need to be cooked longer to get the liquid from the cottage cheese out if you don't want watery eggs! But it does cook out and the eggs don't burn.
Thank you for sharing. I have always hated cottage cheese, everyone and me loves it. But I wish I could eat it too help my recovery from surgery. I'll try it

Yes, but it depends on the goals of your diet. If you are going low carb or keto, you won't want to do that since you "need" the fat.
