I love the light dewy, deep warm, tender healthy feelings she is in love with that she extends her hand to others to feel too! I started at 6:42 with magniesum water and vitamins! I ended at 7:33 am with the likes at 369! She was pregnant teaching and she sees The Goddess in US! I testify! ~~~
I'm so glad I've found your channel. I used to do Pilates long time ago, when I've lived in the States, then it was time for more intense workout like cross-fit, weights lifting, now after 44, I feel Pilates is the thing for me! I'm not sweating like crazy but still can feel my muscle working, my body getting strong and powerful. Your workouts, your positive energy and your smile make my day, thank you a lot from Poland

I only has 30 min. today, and this gave amazing burn in the time I had. I am seeing my progress in Rollover; it is encouraging! Appreciated the bent-knee variation for Teaser, esp. at the end of the sess. I really liked the move after the clam, elevated on one knee: I really felt it in my hip and obliques. Thank u!
