    This was a really good workout, and hard! I had to modify a few of the moves, but that's okay. I like that she says for us to do "what's available" to our bodies. For example, I could not lower myself from the side lunge move to the floor, but I held the side lunge and it was still a challenge for me. I sure do admire Mira's strength!

    This is my first intermediate plates workout and it was hard, im not as flexible but i did 99 %, i just had to take couple of brakes. I loved it. Just discovered your channel and ill stay with you 😊

    I have not seen these variations, like Rollups combined with Roll-like-a-ball, Flutter Kicks/Reverse Swimming, Tricep Pushups with the knees floating (intense!). Creative and challenging! I LOVED the lunge series. For the Side lunge that goes low (22:38): when I am near the ground, my heel lifts; should I stop at that point, or is it ok to continue to the floor? Thank you!

      Mira goes to great length in explainkng exactly what the moment should be and what it should feel like, which is very needed expecially for beginners or those who might do intermediate or advanced but have to pilates background. Choose other videos if this doesn't suit you, but don't leave such unhelpful and rude comments
