This was a really good workout, and hard! I had to modify a few of the moves, but that's okay. I like that she says for us to do "what's available" to our bodies. For example, I could not lower myself from the side lunge move to the floor, but I held the side lunge and it was still a challenge for me. I sure do admire Mira's strength!

This is my first intermediate plates workout and it was hard, im not as flexible but i did 99 %, i just had to take couple of brakes. I loved it. Just discovered your channel and ill stay with you 😊
I have not seen these variations, like Rollups combined with Roll-like-a-ball, Flutter Kicks/Reverse Swimming, Tricep Pushups with the knees floating (intense!). Creative and challenging! I LOVED the lunge series. For the Side lunge that goes low (22:38): when I am near the ground, my heel lifts; should I stop at that point, or is it ok to continue to the floor? Thank you!
