Consistency really is the missing key in most peoples Pilates practice, even if its as little as 15 mins. What changes have you noticed since you started?
@FlowWithMira i can keep my low back to the floor so much easier and for longer, less bloated all the time, and better posture. There are probably more but those are the main ones off-hand :)

I recently signed up for PSC pilates teacher training so have been preparing myself with online videos. I just wanted to say I am SOOO grateful to you for sharing your classes and knowledge. You are SO clear about how to breath and where to feel the 'work' and I just love your approach to teaching. Thank you Mira!
Love your classes and the way you keep to the traditional Pilates exercises. The classes just flow and I don't see my self glancing at the clock. I can already see the changes in my body and posture. So glad I found you.
The abundant cues and corrections in Bridge, Roll like a Ball, in extended leg lift really highlighted how I can do better in each of these moves; and in correcting my form, the move and the burn got more intense! I love your challenge to aim to do better every day in our Pilates practice. Thank you!

That flow from class today was absolutely heartwarming. Although there was a tremor in some exercises at the end the physical and mental well-being are felt!! Thank you Mira💪

That was so fun. Do you have a modification when we do side kick on our elbows? I feel like I sink in., like I'm not strong enough on my elbows. .. wondering if there is an alternate position. Love your vibes and positivity. hearts.
Hi Jessica, thank you for your kind words 💖 For the sidekick, you have two options. 1. You can lay your body down with your arm out straight under your head 2. Instead of your elbow you can rest on your forearm
The instructions were good, but for intermediate level, this seemed too slow. I would say this is more of a beginner-level class because of the slow pace.
