    Iraji koti koti dhanywad.Meri aayu 68 yrs hai.Aapke ghutne ke yoga ne kamal kar diya.Mere ghutno ka dard karib 2 week main bilkul theek ho gaya.Saath hi soojan bhi gayi.Par main saath hi sarso ke tel main garlic burn karke yoga ke baad maalish bhi karta tha.Pl,issi prakar ke saral abhyash ke vedio aap dalte rahen to Sr citizen ko bahut phayda hoga. Dhanywad.

    Lekin young karne ke baad 30 minute ke baad milk use zarur kijiyega ..ish sey ghutne par taqat ayegi ... Tnx 4 teach

    Seems like wonderful video with good explanation. I don't know where are the captions. Without subtitles this video does not makes any sense to me. I found similar video made by Adriene on UA-cam with captions. I am hopeful in future these type telecasts will be accessible for all language users.

    Good excercise.

    I am suffering from both knee pain since last six years. I have used about four medicines with different oil aruvadic and homeopathic.       Dr berg..has plenty of vedioss how a diet cn reverse..u will have to leave sugar completely..take substitutes..intermittent fasting alternate days etc..remove wheat..mainly sugar

    Madam, When I fold my legs and I climb steps, crackling sound in knee like khat khat is coming. Some times, there will be swelling and more weight surround the surface of knee. May I do these exercises? Please reply Ira Trivediji.

      Do as much as you could without pain. If it hurts, ease up, and try to do only the ones that does not cause pain.
